I have been following Rick, Pete, and Phil on their youtube shows for a couple of years. When Rick put up a video on an off grid property near the 6 mile gate of the North Maine Woods, I drove up as soon as I could to check out the property. I was attempting to purchase a property that was listed with united country lifestyle. After working with Phil McPhail for about a week, he just stopped communicating with me. He finally got back to me about a week later and told me that he was too busy to work with buyers. He didn't refer me to another agent with his firm, just told me he was too busy. Needless to say, I was thoroughly unimpressed with the company, and purchased my acreage through another company.
