By far the WORST LOAN AGENCY EVER !!! RUN AND I MEAN IT!!!! THEY ARE AN PREDATORY LENDER!!!!! If I could give below zero stars if I could! Had them for almost an year received an car from an dealer ship that gave me this loan agency (car ended up being an lemon car) which I ended up not being able to pay the whole amount in full to them due to my car always breaking down they have no consideration at all their fraud company they don’t care your situation they will threaten you over the phone saying they’re gonna tow your car I called to tell them I was paying later on in the month and the guy said he didn’t want to hear my sob story but I wasn’t even telling him one Company should be shut down for good this place is not making people feel any better to be here

By far the worst ever ! I had a loan before with a different company, way before Covid hit I was able to do partial payments and they understood me. This company wants its amount in FULL at all times if not you will get towed ! Don’t accept people then with no credits or bad credits if this is what your going to do with them is put them through hell and not understand them . This company is TRASH with the people that follow it .

Been on time with my payments for a year and a half I'm In the dark with how much I owe still I'm starting to feel as If I'm overpaying now smh. I thought these companies had to give out a quarterly mailing letting you know what you've payed and what Is left on the loan. After reading these comments about how poorly they treat people even In the worse situations they should be Investigated and shut down Immediately

Got a loan, 3 months in my car was totaled while parked. They were very assuring that I would be able to get into something else. And they kept there word! Within two weeks of the total loss my insurance company had the loan paid and they were setting me up in my new car. The payment process is very convenient and easy for my busy schedule. The few times I called they were polite and helpful. They made sure I understood and agreed. And I appreciate the text message 5 days before payments due to remind me!

This is the worst company I ever dealt with by far. They are rude during the whole pandemic they did not care if you could not pay they would still take your car. They did not even give people time to pay during covid .They are very un professional they do not communicate with you and they lie on a recorded line. I would not recommend this company to nobody .even the repossession company said they do this to people all the time don't even care about covid they still want there money.

I fell behind on some payments because of me relocating due to no housing in the area, on top of that the state of Massachusetts nurse aide registry were changing vendors. I kept in contact with them this whole time and explained my every move and my situation. I called to make a payment of $730.00 and they said they couldn't take it, (the guys name is Sean Perkins and is the Asset Recovery Manager for UCF) he said that he could only take the full past due amount. Spoke to someone regarding this situation and I was told it's illegal for them to not accept payment. I'm getting tired of them threatening to take the vehicle even tho I have been in communication with them this whole time about my situation and finances. This loan company just wants to help people fail and I hope karma gets them soon. Not even worth a star.

Something needs to be done about this company and their "reposession protocols" this bank is a joke as is the "manager" of reposession Sean Perkins.

Terrible loan company!! A bunch of scammers! I received a check from my insurance for repairs on my car and because the amount of the check, unitedconsumer finance name was on it as well. I called and asked if I could send the check to be signed by them so I could get my car fixed and was told that they would not sign it. They told me I had to send them the check then the auto body had to call them when the work was done and they would send me my check back signed to pay the auto body.. that doesn’t even make sense..how are they going to pay for parts and paint to fix the car without any money? I then was met with attitude and told “ tell your insurance find a auto body shop that does the work before getting paid “. This lending company is a joke and their customer service is terrible.. it makes absolutely no sense why I would have to pay for repairs to my car and wait for unitedconsumerfinance to reimburse me a check that MY insurance company that I PAY FOR every month sent to me for repairs on my car..I will be looking to refinance with another bank ASAP!

they have a bad service and a discouragement to answer calls. They are also not polite when answering. They should improve those things.

I can’t give them have a star or lower, but if I could I would. Awful customer service.
