been customers since 2013. It has truly changed, and not for the better. Recently filled out a comment card, have heard nothing back in weeks. So, I guess they don't care? There are truly a couple of great folks working in there, but overall, thinking of changing banks.

I banked here for years with no problem until there was a banking issue on their part. They started racking up on fees for me and are now threatening to report me to credit because I won't hand over money I don't owe them. Don't bank here - They might steal your money or ruin your credit trying.
