United Community Bank Dallas Hwy, Powder Springs

I have been with United Community Bank for 19 years. I have both Business and personal accounts. These people have gone out of their way to be helpful. Nicest group around. I would not think of banking anywhere else ! I don't recommend Business's lightly, but I have done so on more than 1 occasion. Larry P

Wonderful bank!! CUTEST building ever. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. They always make sure I leave with suckers after my transaction and I appreciate that! ALSO, they have a customer appreciation day every year. I believe this year they are giving out tomato plants and food!!! (I am pretty sure they do this every year but I just started banking at this location in July 2017. ) I mean how many banks do you know that will do that?!? One of the tellers, Amber, is just the sweetest little southern belle! Her accent is so precious! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the bank.

Not a customer here but the manager is a jerk. There are parking spaces beside the bank for the Publix. I was parked here and I was told I needed to move because I was blocking the drive thru. There is plenty of room between these spaces and the bank drive thru.

Terrible customer service. Opened a checking account and ended up closing it after a few weeks. They couldn’t even figure out how to set-up my online banking over a 2 week period

I wanted to give one star but I thought about it for a little while.. I’ve had a account with this bank for a few years now and I like the small community bank feeling. Of course everyone loves the building, and for the most part the staff was good. Until I went in today. Sara was pretty rude and it was obvious she didn’t care about my concerns or keeping my business. In today’s world it’s all about customer service. Making sure people are happy and taken care of. It’s free to put on a smile everyday and be positive. And when someone goes to your business, the minimum expectation should be friendly great service, because if you did not have customers going to your business, you would not have a job or a business. So I gave 3 stars because the staff in the past has been middle of the road and today Kerry was helpful and kind. But the other service I received made me want to give 1 star.

Always the best customer service! The staff are always smiling and friendly from the moment I walk in the door. Jimmy is such a great addition to the branch. Every time I visit, he checks on my family and checks on my business. Friday is normally a busy day, it is very convenient that the drive thru is open until 5:30. I have many accounts with them and been with them since I had my first job. I don’t plan on ever changing banks. If you are looking for a small town feel, check out the Lost Mountain Branch. You won’t be disappointed!

Wouldn’t go anywhere else to bank! I’ve been coming here for years and I have to say this is the most friendly staff I’ve ever met. They always go out of their way to make sure I have whatever I need. 10/10 would recommend.
