This bank is the definition of great service!!! I needed some help to get copies of signed documents to use for the PPP application. I called and left a message for Jennifer Dalrymple. She returned my call around 5:30 and left me a message. I figured we would just have to find another way since it was so late when I got the message. But close to 6:00, Anita Weaver called me and said Jennifer asked her to call and how could they help us? A few minutes later, she had emailed the documents we needed. She made me look really good! I am very impressed with the follow up and the results. They really delivered at a critical time!

I have banked with this bank for as long as I can remember. The staff are always friendly courteous. If there is ever a problem with my account ( which is very seldom) they notify me immediately and take care of the issue for me. Sincerely, Virginia Card

Wish I could give it zero stars. This bank actually wants to close our account because we do to many transactions a month...what kind of awful financial institution does that?? The sick part is it's the only bank I've ever known to charge for every single incoming and outgoing transaction! Complete ripoff. Go elsewhere.

Terrible. I would love to use profanity but it shows I have plenty of money. My card has been denied 15 times on separate occasions at establishments that I go to ALL OF THE TIME. I asked them to fix it. Nope. The manager is to scared to have an appointment with me. I hope he reads this and sees I'm taking everything out except $25 so it costs him money. A local bank that is terrible. Super nice employees! Terrible owner, I feel bad for the employees. I've never seen a worst bank in my life

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Card was locked while traveling (didn’t know I had to inform of travel anytime I am out of state). First, I would like to note UCB has locked my cards over 10 times for “suspected fraud”, travel, online purchases, and “not sure why.” This time I called in and spent about 20 minutes of dinner on the phone trying to unblock the card only for the representative to say “sorry I can’t help you” and HANG UP! What would happen if I was without any other banking cards? Their fraud department and cards department does not bother to call and just locks access to your funds. I will never bank with them again and have already started the process of moving all personal and business accounts. If you can...go with BB&T...they’re right around the corner and a heck of a lot easier to deal with. Bye UCB! Good riddance.

This line I'm standing in at Ingles at 5:25 is outrageous. Just ask your employees how long the line really gets. All the way down to isle 6, through isle 5. I think you may want to consider keeping the main branch open for an extra hour on Friday. If this change doesn't happen soon, I will be switching banks. This is just crazy.

Im not sure... I dont trust them.. They're obviously up to something every time I come through the drive thru. I dare not go in lest I be trapped!!!
