United Built Homes I, Terrell

We were looking to build a new home and found UBH. Working with Kelly Byrd, Larry Williams and Jaime Castillo in the Terrell office has been a great experience. They are all very attentive, patient and thorough. Ready to break ground and get the ball rolling! Looking forward to working with Paul Anton and Chris on the actual construction.

Working with united built has been a wonderful experience. The Terrell team has been a pleasure. All questions answered fast and everything was very smooth. Thank you again to John, Jaime, and Paul for making everything so easy. We have been spreading the word about building with y’all. Thanks to the Terrell team our dream home is finished. Due to a personal tragedy in our family we were unable to be hands on during the building process, so Paul Anton took great care in making sure everything went smoothly and efficiently. We are very pleased with the craftsmanship displayed by all the contractors involved. Thanks to Jaime, Kelly, and Paul for all your hard work. We love our new home.

I had a great experience with United built homes. My house is built and Paul did a great Job, every time I had a question he answered all. seeing the color of the wall, the finish of the front house all done is amazing. Thank you Paul, Kelly and Jaime for all the help and the great job done !!!

We had a great experience with United Built Homes in Terrell. John, Kelly and Jaime worked together to design a custom home for our lake property. After our initial meeting, we decided this would be our builder. Every time there was a meeting or a signing they were on time and prepared. They always take time to answer our questions (and there were many). John is a master at translating words into drawings. The home is being built now and the great experience is continuing with Paul.

I'd like to start by saying how grateful and bless we are to have found UBH. We had been thinking about buying a house for our land for a while, and our initial plan was to get a mobile house, then a modular house, but after doing a lot of research and seeing the mobile and modular houses and comparing quality and prices, we were inspired to build, and we visited three builders before finding UBH, where we were pleasantly surprised to find the quality of the houses and the price. Mr. Jaime and Ms. Kelly are really professional and patient in answering all of your concerns. We made a few adjustments to our original floor plan, and they were extremely accommodating and understanding until we were entirely satisfied with the final floor plan. Without mentioning how simple it was to apply for the loan and how quickly it was approved. We can't wait to see the construction of our house get underway.. We also met with the project manager, Mr. Paul, and Chris on our closing date 10/01/21, both of whom are very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable, and who make you feel at ease. We are eagerly anticipating the completion of our home. When our house is finished, I'll write a review with photos to share with you.

The United Built Homes Team has been such a blessing for my family and I, Every step of the process has been such a delight! Kelly, Jamie, and Paul, from the Terrell Tx office, have all gone just above and beyond to make us feel like family. They’re always quick and responsive to any and all questions you may have about any of your future home building process. My husband Anthony and I have just experienced nothing but comfort and caring from UBH and are so privileged to be having our home built by such a wonderful team of outstanding people. Even when we couldn’t have a baby sitter for our kids, the Secretary was sweet enough to print out my girls some pictures of flowers that they could color while my husband and I conducted business. It may not seem like much, but for us was a huge gesture. You feel nothing but good feelings working with this kind team of folks! I highly highly recommend the UBH company to anyone who owns your own land and wants a newly built home of their dreams! The team has many tools and just options on top of options to help you get exactly what you have dreamed in your home, working within your budget as well as they possibly can. We just can not thank UBH enough for all they have done, and how amazing they have made our first home buying experience! Nothing but love from the Allen Family

Kelly was our sales person and such a pleasure to work with. She did so much to get us what we wanted for our home! She was responsive, and actually followed up on my (many) questions. Jaime was just as kind and helped get us where we needed to be with financing. This is not our first home build and Paul is the MOST responsive site manager I have ever had. I was leery at first. But they made it such a smooth process. As always, with any major purchase, ask lots of questions! They answer them quickly and honestly! We are very excited to watch our home being built! Will update with pics as it progresses. This is the Terrell, Tex office:) we closed on Friday.. and they are out there moving dirt already!! Very happy 😊

Our house is done and we love it !! It was a long process with covid but we made it ! The biggest thing is communication. I advise you to ask all your questions !! We wanted to be involved in everything so we called Paul a lot !! Even if it took him a day or two he always called back and answered everything. We had a few issues along the way (doors and windows left out uncovered, timeline questions, etc) but overall are really happy with the results. Our only problem after the fact is exterior paint has some Chipping but they’ve been great about promising that will be taken care of ! I really do feel the quality of our home has beat my expectations and we actually loved doing paint and floors on our own because it gave us time to really design and find something we love ! Also Kelly still let me bother her with questions too even during and after the build !!

Working with United Built Homes has been a great experience. The Terrell team is great to work with answering all our questions and making the process of building a home go very quick and smooth. I built a home with UBH last year, and wanted to take a second to write a review of my experience. From the first meeting with the sales team in Terrell, we felt extremely welcomed even with bringing in our two (sometimes not perfectly behaved) children. They were able to answer ALL of our complex questions, and never seemed annoyed that we had so many. I felt like I could trust UBH after being told by another home builder that it would be a 10k difference depending on what county we built in, and UBH quickly dismissed that as false. We were constantly kept updated on changes we were making to our floor plan, which was a LOT. We liked that we could pick a basic floor plan we liked but completely change the inside configurations to our needs. We were constantly excited to see the new changes to our plans, and able to take those plans home with us to study and change as we pleased. They must of changed the plans 10+ times before we even committed with them! During our build, we were always up to date with the next steps. The construction superintendent would call and let us know who was going to be out there that week, and specifically what was going to be done. Minus the rainfall, it was a smooth process. Trash was always picked up, and the workers were always very friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. What I appreciate most from using UBH is the fact that we didn't have to do anything, seriously. They hired all the subcontractors, put the schedules together, and just Got. It. Done. We got to do the fun stuff, pick out paint, cabinets, countertops, and floors, they handled everything else. We were able to get a pretty large home in a great budget, all because they listened to our needs and wants and built around that. It's an incredible feeling driving into your dream driveway with your dream home waiting for you!

Got handed over our keys today to our dream home. These guys knocked it out of the park. Every time I had a question Paul was there to answer it throughout the build. Thanks again John, Jaime, and Paul. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Will definitely be telling everyone of their great work.

This was our first time building a new home and we had so many questions! Kelly was always very thorough and quick with her responses. We truly appreciated her patience and care with our questions and requests! Jaime was awesome as well in assuring that he covered all the financial information with us. Would definitely recommend this place for the homebuying process. My house is 1/3 finished and will post another review with pics with finished! Can't wait!

We had a wonderful experience! Kelly and Jaime were amazing to work with during our process of all of the details, big and small, of putting together our HOME! Paul was great to work with when we got into the construction, making sure all of the work was done the way we wanted and in a timely manner. He was persistent in making sure everything was done the way we preferred, and correcting anything along the way. We are in love with the way everything turned out and are thankful for United Built Homes for helping us put together our beautiful home!

I loved working with Jaime and Kelly! They helped to make the building process so easy! I'm so excited to get my house built, and work with Paul and Chris! Very friendly and helpful!

Wesley an Steve plus their crew have been the best! The have always answered any and all questions we've ever had. The house was finished in a very timely manner. thank you guys for giving us the home of our dreams. The family and I love it. IT'S PERFECT!!!!
