All of a sudden they don't do cash advances even if you been a customer for many years.ive was just there last month and there was no problem..instead of helping me out. I was told to use the broken ATM and chance it..instead of taking care of me..I can go elsewhere for my banking..like really..I have never in all of the years had such uncaring experience with united..Places to pay my bills don't take a card..so I had to use my son's savings to pay my bills..so no pool for my baby... wow United..just wow.

I like to give credit where it's due and I'm starting with the Loan Dept upstairs! Amanda, TaHesia, Debbie and Kayley are the nicest group of Ladies! They have gone above and beyond excellent customer service and are always willing to help. I've gotten several loans with them and never had any issues. I have always had great service at United Bank . Although the service i received today was disappointing. I went to the drive through to deposit some money into my account and the girl at the window never said hello or thank you . It’s just good customer service to be acknowledged. She never said a word to me . When she put my receipt in the drawer she went back to filing her nails . Something she shouldn’t do on company time anyway .

United Bank is the worst Bank I have ever dealt with. They control your money and won't let you do what you want even though it's not their money. It's my money that I put in there not theirs. I hate this Bank and never will deal with them again. !!!!
