We had been patiently waiting for our dream home for over 7 years! When the opportunity came up Aida helped us navigate the complexity of buying a home for the very first time. She is honest, attentive and overall a very kind person. She was always available to answer any question big or small with much knowledge . She was reassuring, very transparent, and patient with me, which really helped calm my nerves. We are so lucky to have found Aida. We had an amazing experience with Aida. We started renting our Downey house ten years ago when our parent passed away. We contacted Aida at the time to estimate the value of the home. She remained in contact throughout the years. We decided to sell the home this year so we contacted Aida. That was our Best Decision. Not only did she handle the listing, Aida found a buyer who actually purchased the home. Going through escrow was not easy for her. I highly recommend Aida Pinto she is the Broker. She is professional. Honest. Friendly. I have dealt with many real estate agents realtors and I'm always dissapointed but now I feel I've found a realtor I can trust. I'm sure there are other realtors who are honest and professional but in my experience most of the agents I've come across with have been arrogant and act high and mighty, and never call you back and if they do, they are always in a hurry to get you off the phone.

Aida Pinto was my agent when I listed my home. I ended up deciding not to move because my job transfer didn't happen, but if I ever need a Realtor she will be the first I call. Aida is very professional and honest. I have delt with other realtors in the past and I always been disappointed and so I've never called any of them back but Aida is differnent from the most agents. I found out later that she is actually a broker and not just an agent, I never really knew the difference but there is a big difference between an agent and a broker.
