Their KRACY management ended happy, Killing the Vallejo bank Office, serving the entire north of the bay area and abandoned their long time customers! AND without leaving an ATM in the area. It indicates a Trogloditic management ! Shame on you ! . We supported you for more than 25 years and that unfair action to your old customers will never forgotten! Hate you!

The whole staff and very helpful and pleasant. I have some health issues and everyone is always extra helpful on those days that I'm under the weather or just not feeling well and thru always make me feel better b4 I leave their branch. The manager will stop what she's doing to help out when needed which is great. Couldn't ask for a better staff of individuals. Thank you for such a pleasant experience each and every time. I've been a customer for 20+ years cause there's no need to go anywhere else!

Slowest bank ever. Took 2 + hours to open two CD accounts. Took 4+ hours to close the two accounts less then two months later when the CD owner passed away. No one seemed to know what to do. Communication with their legal department was done by email with little phone prodding, therefore lots of waiting for me.

The associates are wonderful. And they know what they are doing. I always walk out with a smile!

Worst banking experience ever. I will never bank with them again. We have caught several fraudulent charges on our debit card as someone called in orders with on line stores. Union bank said they had to let the transaction go all the way through, let the funds be taken out and then we could dispute the charge. Ridiculous!!. When I went into the branch to speak with a manager, she past me off to the teller and wouldn't deal with me. No wonder they are closing their branches one by one. But if I drive to Reno, 3 hours away, they shut my card off while I'm trying to get gas, because that look suspicious? Two days later I'll get a message that they saw a fraud charge. So I'm in Reno, no cash on me and when I tell them to turn my card back on its not a fraud, it's me swiping it at the gas station, they said they can't. I tell them they should have verified the fraud before shutting off a card that they can't turn back on. I can't have that stupidity handling my finances.

Friendliest people I've ever felt with for banking. Hats off to Bryan, who opened my account , exceptional employee and human being!!

I love the people at the Pleasant Hill branch. They are so very wonderful. They make banking a real pleasure.
