Union Bank Old Mammoth Rd, Mammoth Lakes

The workers are amazing in this branch, I'm giving a one star for union bank as a company. The staff is amazing but the bank is ridiculous. Just one example of them being ridiculous is the additional cash deposited fee for $12.50. They don't even count the money the machine does it and they charge for depositing too much cash! That is so petty and ridiculous!

Grateful for Angela Teller and Team for processing SBA Paycheck Protection Program Applications for our local Business/Employers. They had a pile and were working hard to take care of us.

Crowded and sometimes understaffed. Huge check cashing lines. Go midweek for best service! A lot of work going on in a little bank!

The worst bank ever. All bad.

Do not use this company, you would be better off using a credit card then ever trusting this company with holding your money. If there is ever any issue with your account, you will not receive a personal call, you will however receive mail that is dated. Also, there is a monthly minimum of $250.00 that has to be put into this account each month otherwise you will be charged $7.00. The worst of this is if you get paid Biweekly, and your paychecks don't come in time, say you have $5.00 in your account, you would get charged the $7.00 and then you would get an overdraft charge until you realize that you didn't put the allocated amount in there. So, EVEN AFTER 5/10/20/30 days of continues late fees, you would still not be personally contacted, then without a call, only snail mail, they will close your account, without your consent. If you have another bank account, do not have this as an alternative, they could care less about their patrons and almost want a person, from my experience, to slip up so gain the residual money. Not a fan, not happy, and I hope people see this and refrain from using this company.

What do you get when you have a rude teller who mispronounced your name three times in one visit, (even though you corrected her twice politely), who'd rather chat with a co-worker about their upcoming weekend, (yes I overheard), than wait on me? A Union bank customer of sixteen years that won't be back. The only reason you received two stars is because of location, otherwise it'd be one.

I lost thousands of dollars because of this bank.... Don’t make the same mistake.

They chick chat a lot and takes longer to get service!
