Unified Bank Stewart Dr, St Clairsville

They do what is required of their jobs. I successfully was helped to set up an account along with a few other things. They're not really sociable if you're in the mood to talk, but I can imagine that they're very busy and aren't paid to converse. My only complaint is very small -- probably because I'm a sensitive person. I asked for only 2 nickels. I received 3 nickels without any explanation as to why I did not get what I asked for. I felt like she did not like me after that since they already are not very sociable. But: You do get what you really need here.

I am writing to share what a wonderful experience it is dealing with Unified Bank customer service representatives. They are always so cheerful and ready to help me with any questions or concerns I may have whether it's on the phone or in person. I can't say enough how glad I am to have made the choice to change all of my banking needs to Unified Bank. They truly are "always by your side!"
