Umpqua Bank Sw Gwen Dr, Wilsonville

Awful. They lost my check records, a years worth that i needed to prove payment. That cost me. They denied crediting my account with too much money. They misplaced the digit. A 450.00 deposit became 4,500.00. They eventually corrected it. After I reported it. The machine ate my card and they didn't notice it laying there for days. The staff pass everything off to some other site because they don't know how to do it or they can't. What's the point of the local branch then.

I have been inside this location many times and every time haven't had any problems with the staff. Although, I've noticed there's hardly ever any customers inside, rarely ever more than a couple. But I view that as a benefit, since I don't have to wait in a long line. I'm just surprised they have such a low star rating.

Went at 4:00 they were closed. They were supposed to close at 5:00 that day. What the hell. You should also be open a few hours on Saturday.

Ordered a new debit card from another location, but hadn't received it yet and it had been 3 weeks. Called this branch since it was closest to me and the location I ordered the card from had the wrong phone number listed on Google. The lady who answered the phone was no help in looking into why I had not received my debit card yet and she did not even ask me for my account info to see if she could figure out why I hadn't gotten it. She just told me to wait another week and then check back. Wait 4 weeks?! (I was told 5-10 business days) I finally waited a couple more days then called a different branch who actually did their job and found out my card was never even ordered to begin with. If the lady here had done her job, I'd have had my card already because she'd have seen that it was never ordered when I asked her if there was a way to find out where my card was or why it was taking so long. So far, I really hate umpqua bank and the only reason I still bank here is because they bought out my old bank, Sterling Savings Bank, and I have had that account for 17 years and don't want to have to get a new bank account number.

Always very helpful. I like this branch too because it is NEVER busy. I have used Umpqua for my business banking for over 15 years. Are they perfect, no...but what bank is?
