Umpqua Bank N Main St, Sebastopol

Our Church and a small non profit that I personally help with use the Umpqua Bank in Sebastopol. We have used them for several years for Church and more recently for the non profit. Our experience to date has been entirely positive. Their staff are friendly and helpful, both in person and on the telephone. I cannot speak to others experience, but would categorize ours as excellent.

This bank is full of evil people. The one who runs it is Vicki Johnston. She is the definition of a witch. She's a freak show of nature, and a complete eye shore. She ruins most people's financial well being which leads to family's having their money lost. I beg of you all to not trust this bank and the people in the bank and ESPECIALLY don't trust Vicki's cynical ways of handling your money and potentially your future. This review is meant for the bank and for the staff who control it.

HORRIBLE BANK! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK! This is quite possibly the worst bank in the entire United States especially in California. The manager of the bank named Vickie is a tyrant and everyone around her is miserable! There is extremely poor morale in this Sebastopol Umpqua Bank. As a customer I was treated with no respect and made to feel like I didn't belong there. When I questioned the attitude of the bank person I was told "that's the way it is today" and that "it was my problem!" I would avoid this bank like the plague! The management is just horrible and the main office should investigate this branch and shut them down for their extremely bad business performance. I will review this bank again in a few weeks to see if any changes have been made. It is the bank manager that is making this a "thumbs down/stay away business in the little town of Sebastopol. I had to give a star. If I could there would be no star along with a warning to customers to stay away and avoid this bank!

Great Customer Service! I'm so happy to bank at Umpqua! They're focused and friendly. Wonderful group of people.
