I have had several issues with this bank over the past year. The women that answer the phone are always rude and unhelpful. Beyond frustrated with their lack of customer service.

They spend more time stealing money then working. 32,000 missing from one account and 10,000 stolen in a week from another. My father can't pay bills because of them, and now 5,000 that they insisted on putting into a savings account is mysteriously missing. They refuse to explain where the money went or why. He's hoping they don't steal his paycheck that went in today. In the past when they stole they said they were making car payments then admitted that was faulse and the thief would pay it back with time. Another occasion she signed him up for car insurance he didn't need then paid those thousands back. This time no excuses just attitude.

Over the past several years UFCW has gone from a really great bank to an okay one. Their people get more rude and less helpful all of the time. Somehow they allowed a transaction to go through knowing the money wasn’t there to cover it. (The money wasn’t there because Walmart said that direct depositing money to UFCW was suddenly not possible anymore). So rather than denying it like they would if you used it in the store they allowed it and then proceeded to give me charges for being overdrawn. I received a letter in the mail, a week before their due date, telling me that I had to put money in the account to cover their charges or they were going to shut down my debit card. I wasn’t able to do that due to paycheck issues so I figured fine shut down my debit card since we weren’t using that account much anyway. I just checked it to see if they added any more charges to find out not only did they shut down my debit card but they closed my entire account. Ive had that account for over 25 years but do they care nope. So very disappointed in what used to be a great bank.

Some of the higher people at this location are very unprofessional. Was waiting to be connected to someone of importance. The phone was picked up and the lady covered the phone and continued talking to her coworker about "What he put on facebook". Really? I yelled "HELLO?!" and she replies "yeah? what do ya need?". They sent out a debit/credit card to me, even though I only have a SAVINGS account there. She was in such a rush to get me off the phone she wasnt even making any sense. She told me they magically pulled my name, they use to issue debit cards to people with savings accounts but no longer do it. "It's useless, it's useless just cut it up.". All I wanted to know is WHY I received one in the first place, but I guess it was magic as she said. Someone needs to slap this broad back into reality.

Always friendly fast. I think the one lady is the mgr always very helpful.
