Nice guns, poor service. I recently visited and I stood at the gun corner wanting to purchase two guns. However after 15 mins of standing passes by I decided to call it quits and left. Obviously a sale wasn’t important to the lady who was huddled in the corner having a casual chat with a man. I understand business but when your screwing off and not making a sale you deserve no pay check. Good thing I am not your boss. I Will not be back.

I was looking at a revolver, when the sales person told me it had never been fired. I could see visible powder marks in and around the cylinder. I do not appreciate being lied to. Walked out without a purchase.

I had a problem with my M1911A 45ACP pistol that I couldn't fix. I stopped in at U.S.Money Shops in Dayton Tennessee. I asked if they could help me. They said yes they could. In about 30 minutes, he had it fixed. Did NOT charge me 1 red cent. Adam was very knowledgeable about how to fix my gun, it was a manufacturers fault as to why it took so long. Stop by U.S.Money Shops in Dayton, and meet Adam for all your weapon needs, or in Rockwood. They are very friendly and helpful.

I have took stuff in and it is brand new and they go by ebay they don't go by the store Price the worker's are sorry they lack around and cut with the customer and you wait and you don't get no help when you go to renew your items I think they want you to lose your items I always make sure Adam is going to be there because he has always helped me out on my items

Poor service, I waited over 20 min. For someone to help me. They are slow and don't care if you stay or leave. It would be a good place to open a business. I'll never go back.

This place gets worse every year. They base all there prices off eBay. I've brung in items I've bought brand new items for $200-400 an they wouldn't even take em based off eBay. I'll never go back. This place wont last much longer. The customer is always right.....

Customer service is non-existant, staff is rude and they have no speed behind them. Last few times we came here the worker was super rude and had an attitude with us the whole time.
