Ran all our financials and credit but refused his service because we did not want to use his realtor. Even though we informed Reginald Cole and his preferred realtor that we are interviewing other candidates for the best match, for some reason he wasn't aware that we could potentially not choose his realtor. As first time home buyers this was extremely unprofessional, and all around a disgrace to see a professional behave in this manner and engage in high school politics.
