This rating has nothing to do with the service. The service was great. US Bank is horrible. Only went there to cash a lottery check. Charged $7 just to cash the check.

If I could give a 0 I would... This Keizer branch has the worst customer service and is unwilling to problem solve for long time existing customers. The management is hostile and needs replaced, they take pleasure in escalating a situation instead of fixing a situation.

Good branch. Great experience. I had an appointment to sign some papers and I was seen right away. I informed the rep, Jenna, that I was in a bit of a time crunch, and she was upfront and honest, that it would be close. She suggested a different time, but this was the best time for me during their work hours. She took my information, got me in the system, and explained the papers. Despite my time urgency, she did not rush me through the papers as I examined the fine print. I got everything over with and was out in time.

Impressive service by really cool people. I like the banks professional yet laid back easy going atmosphere. I bank at multiple other banks in town and this is by far my favorite. I use this organization for personal, business and recreational financing. Shawn,Mikel, Kris, Jason, Michelle and so many other nice people eager to help you.

As a merchant I expect there to be a line when I come in, but when the line is 4 deep and there are bankers sitting on their cell phones that makes them just rude. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone. Beth is the only bright spot.

The Manager here was extremely helpful! I called in to ask a few questions about my account status and he went above and beyond answering all my questions. Very satisfied with this branch!! Thank you for delivering excellent service with a fast and friendly attitude!

Been a customer since 2000. Over the last few years, customer service has steadily declined. If you can’t spend a ridiculous amount of time waiting to complete any transaction...do not come to this branch. Especially if you happen to be a drive-up customer. I do not find this complete lack of timely and accurate service with othe US BANK branches. If there was a branch even remotely convenient for me...I would switch in a heartbeat

I was a little nervous when I first moved to Keizer. I wasn’t sure what the US Bank staff would be like in comparison to the US Bank staff in my hometown. I was extremely pleased that the staff in Keizer is just as good as what was in the hometown bank. I like that I walk in and explain my problem to any of the tellers and as I’m explaining my problem they are already solving it and as I finish my explanation, they have solved the problem. If you want the waiting line to go faster then make sure you have filled out your paperwork entirely and correctly. It’s that simple.

My account went in to negative because worked slowed down because of covid. I worked hard to get funds to get back in there and they sent my account to collections. US BANK IS NOT HELPING US IN THIS TIME OF NEED FOR PATIANCE.
