U.S. Bank Branch Dayton Xenia Rd, Beavercreek

I had to stop by the branch because I had a few things that need to be done, depositing a check to my escrow company, submitting a business form, and get some documents notarized for me and my tenant. The first two tasks were done quickly and smoothly. However, I noticed that I forgot to print out a couple documents for the notary, associate Courtney Tackett was kind enough to print out those forms for me and notarized them. She was patient, funny and knowledgeable. She made the whole transaction so pleasant. She saved me so much time and hassle having to drive to many different places and making many phone calls to get things done. Cannot say good enough things about her.

I bank here frequently. Staff is always very understanding and helpful. Chris Wilson has been extremely helpful and always willing to offer explanation when I have questions. I’ve used several of their services frequently. I would highly recommend using this branch

Came in to get paperwork notarized, the only notary was working with 2 gentlemen from a local church. She mentioned the wait would be about 30 mins, which was fine, and I proceeded to ask would I be able to get my documents notarized if I am not a member and need 2 witnesses. I was told yes. After waiting 1 hr and 20 mins bc of the issues with the church account being established incorrectly, the notary tells me she cannot complete my documents. Her statement was I needed a lawyer or courts to do so, however I only came into the bank because UPS store didnt have enough workers to act as a witness. So if they could've done it, why couldn't the bank? Poor service. During my 1 hr and 20 min wait I was able to hear how the questions of the customers were not answered due to lack of knowledge of the processes. In the future for your current customers, have a knowledgeable (preferably) a senior employee readily available to answer inquiries correctly. Possibly Leah, who was contacted via phone to assist with resolving issues.

Their financial product 'Reliacard ' which is a debt card contracted with the government is terrible. It was very difficult to access my money. Smh I WILL NEVER RECCOMEND!!
