Tried depositing money into my mother's account. They told me they would not do it. They have done it in the past. Waited in line for 15 minutes as they slowly helped the 1 customer in front of me. Told me I could go to ATM outside and deposit the money. I have deposited money into her account with other branches but the people at this branch are lazy. If you like slow lazy customer service people this is the branch for you. Straight worthless people at this branch. Will never use worthless US Bank. Disgusting. Definitely not there for the people. Just there to try to make money off you any despicable way they can.

This was an internal policy change that coincides with the The Bank Secrecy Act. This requires banks to understand and monitor the source of transactions made to accounts and cash deposits are difficult to understand and monitor the source. At time this policy only applies to cash deposits and a non-signer can still continue to deposit checks at any amount with no limits. I do hope you understand that we are not trying to be difficult and that your mom decides to continue her banking relationship with us. ^Heather

This is the worst u.s. bank branch I have ever dealt with. I had an issue with the branch manager He told me to leave . before I gather my stuff he was calling the police. in retaliation he not only closed my account he close my mother's account who was not even involved and she's 80 years old and disabled. She is so stressed out over this she having trouble breathing . If the manager has a issue with me deal with me don't use a elderly woman.

Most uncaring, unprofessional staff, or at least the lady that waited on me that I've ever known. When I asked a question, she acted like I was the biggest pain in the neck instead of helping me undestand their procedures. It was my first time dealing with USBank and I'm very disappointed.

This is the worst bank in the Yuba Sutter area. I thought they were great until I asked assistant branch manger Candice Hubbard to assist me with an issue. I have banked with them for over 12 years and I took my payroll check into the branch to deposit it on Thursday. The teller stated that funds would be available the following business day. When I tried to withdraw money it stated there was a hold on my check. I was not notified of any hold and had already written checks for my rent and other bills. For some unknown reason they placed a 7 day hold on my payroll check!!!! The worst part of it is that the payroll check had already cleared on the Friday after I deposited the check--the next day!!!! How do these people still have a job? Needless to say I will be closing my account due to this mishap and the horrible customer service I received from Candice Hubbard who refused to talk to me after I found out that my check had cleared the bank it was written on. Strongly recommend going to a bank that is trustworthy who cares about and takes care of Its members because US Bank in Yuba City is not that bank!!!

Friendly, but was given false information regarding my business account by the teller. The manager cut half of the fees for me but it doesn't negate the fact that the manager and the teller communication was not in sync, which set me up for failure. Wellsfargo is across the street. Go there.

No reflection on the staff, but my experiences at this branch this last week have been the worst I've ever had at a bank. A week ago, the ATM outside the front door took my card and wouldn't give it back. A staff member helped me the best she could. Turns out the bank has no control over the ATMs. They're handled by an outside company. She canceled my card and issued me a temporary one. Later that day, I was called by a bank rep. who said the ATM had spit out my original card and somebody turned it in. That card got canceled immediately after I used it. So, I had to go back to the bank and get YET ANOTHER temp. card. An hour ago, I went to deposit another check, this time at the drive through ATM, using the temp. card (which had been working fine since I got it). Everything was going fine until it gave me my receipt. The ATM got stuck at that point. It wouldn't do anything else. AND IT STILL HAD MY CARD AND WOULDN'T SPIT IT OUT! i called US Bank. As nice as the young lady was, she couldn't help me although she tried her best. All she could do is cancel YET ANOTHER card. The ATM company couldn't do anything either except shut that ATM down.

Customer service is awful. They literally told us we need to use their ATM rather than their tellers. I've never had a bank be so antagonistic.

Staff is always polite, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I have been very happy with US Bank overall since 2015. I would have given this branch 5 stars if not for the incredibly dirty parking lot and the poor upkeep of the building and surrounding landscape.

I went there for a money transfer, waited in line for 10 minutes, got to the teller at 2:08 and was told money transfers are cut off at 2pm. On their site it does not give you this information. The lady was rude about it with wide eyed shrug like I should have known that...

Where can I start. The lines at times are clear out to the door with only 2 tellers working the counter and 2 at there desk not helping anyone. I have had issues with double payment and the bank takes up to a week to pay you back. They are slow and I just highly recommend any other financial institution! Any...I truly thought it would get better. The lines are still hella long and you may as well carve out 20-30 min in line to get your banking done.
