Bank Manager Carrie is almost constantly rude and arrogant whenever I have to deal with her.

Branch manager was very rude dealt with her for last 3 weeks not friendly at all being I own a business never have I had any problems with no bank but this one

$1000 got stuck inside the ATM along with my debit card. Called the branch and they couldn’t do anything to help me (advised me the claim would take at a minimum of 10 days) despite the 1800 number agent advising me my money would be available early morning the next day. If you need to access your funds right away, please bank somewhere else! Unbelievable how slow and unsecured their system is!

Worst US Bank, or any bank, experience I have ever had. I have had identification taken and not given back, I have been shorted money. Double check their work because according to the sign on their drive through window they would "rather be golfing" than taking care of your money. It is worth the drive to go to any other branch.

The customer service here is one of the worst weve ever had to deal with. everytime we go here the employees roll their eyes at us, are extremely disrespectful when we are just trying to do simple things, and super condescending… 100% recommend Trius banking though!

Emily Kennedy really did go above and beyond to make the buying and selling process easier for us! She started out by letting us contact her on a weekend since we were busy with our jobs during the regular work day. She made it really easy to get all of the documents that were required for our loan by being specific and doing a lot of the busy work for us. Finally, she helped us out of a really difficult situation with our buyer's lender. Our buyer's lender was very late getting his work done and it caused that closing date to be delayed. Emily worked really hard to make sure that our two closings took place in the correct sequential order even though she had no reason to benefit from helping us with the sale of our house. In a lot of ways, we were going to her before before our realtor. We highly recommend her!

Lobby is closed... LOL! Called Five Points and they aren't overreacting, keeping lobbies open, I'll be moving my checking and savings to FP.
