We endeavored to open a business account recently and were not given help to do so. After making an appointment to meet with a certain representative, (and missing work to meet her), when we got there, all she did was text me a link and told me to open the business bank account on my own and sent me on my way. The Rep was eager to see us leave. As soon as I left the bank and followed the prompts to open my own bank account, I hit a wall and was told to call a 1-800 number for assistance. So I tried that, and was not even given the opportunity to speak to anyone, just received an automated message that stated, "We are experiencing higher than normal calls at this time, try again later. Goodbye." So I called the local female Rep at the bank in Montrose, and she stated that she couldn't help me, and that I needed to call the 1-800 number. Really?? Furthurmore, she never called me to see if everything went through. No followup. No Nothing. Don't go to US Bank, go to Alpine Bank. They helped us seamlessly via unrivaled, authentic Customer Service.

Excellent customer service. I had an issue and some questions and it was taken care of in a quick and timely manner! Sam, assistant branch manager there, went above and beyond and truly went to bat for me. I highly recommend USbank and specifically this location! Very happy customer here!

I've been using this bank for 5 years. They are the friendliest, most helpful bank I've ever encountered. Other banks could take lessons from this bank.

The best! We had done business with a couple of other banks locally over the years, but by far this is the best!!

Worst ever. They charged me 10 dollars a month for a "maintenance fee" because I wasn't using direct deposit even though its not an option through my employer! What are you maintaining?? I put well over $3000 a month into their bank and was still being charged petty fees just to use my own money. Customer service is a joke too. They really don't care about you. Just your money and any way they can get it into their greedy pockets.

Scandalous national chain, has been fined repeatedly for stacking transactions by amount instead of order-of-receipt, thus "fixing" your account for maximum overdraft fees. This is illegal now but they were happy to do it before, and they made no effort to understand the impact to their customers.

Because I'm not a customer, US bank wants to charge me a $7.00 fee to cash a check written from US bank. Wow, what a scam and rip off!! US bank executives should be ashamed to scam Montrose citizens!!

While we do have the ability to verify that funds are available, we can't ensure that cashed checks are legitimate. The fee is charged to help offset the risk to the branch for providing this service. We do not charge this fee for minors, or checks that are less than $50. ^Heather
