U.S. Bank Branch Pine St, Redding

They don't charge a fee for pulling money off the cash aid side of the ebt cards & they don't charge a fee for pulling out money from you're direct express card from social security

I gave them a call was transferred 3 times put on hold for 45 minutes and hung up on by a auto message saying their call center was now closed that was day 1. Day 2 I was on the phone for over 2 and a half hours transferred 5 times and apparently none of the departments computers can talk to each other so I had to start over each time. I applaud their hiring of the mentally handicapped however they probably should not run the call center, All in all they would have to pay me a lot to do business with them! Save yourself the pure rage that this bank can cause and just choose any other bank to do business with.

The slow moving lines at this bank are deadly. If you go anytime near or close to lunch, plan on standing in line for 35 minutes.

Never crowded or a long wait

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service...!!! I wish I could remember the name of the two ladies who "helped" me there on separate occasions, but it was litterally one of the worst experiences I have ever had... I was made to feel like I was a complete waste of life and a worthless inconvenience of the highest accord... I will NEVER return to this branch and was very close to closing my account and switching banks all together because of the way this place treated me; luckily the branch on East Cypress inside of Safeway, next to Lowes, had the most AMAZING employees ever, who are willing to, and do, go the extra mile in order to ensure a pleasurable, speedy, professional, and all around positive experience... Thank you to all of the amazing ladies at this branch inside of Safeway, you are truly AMAZING...!!! And to the "workers" at the Pine St branch, you should be ashamed of yourselves...!!! This branch needs a thorough "cleaning of house" to weed out all of the horrible individuals who have created an environment which I will NEVER again return to...

This US Bank will change your terms of service after you have agree'd to them without notice. They will then refuse to offer you the option to remove yourself from the contract and force the new terms of service upon you. All while acting like it happens all the time. And this was the local branch that made the decision not to honor their original terms of service -- wasn't even corporate.

Staff need more trainings I think they don't know there job well . And customer having invonvience just because of there silly mistake. Bad customer services.
