I recall when US Bank offered banking services, like allowing someone to open a checking/savings account by simply waiting in line and not making an appointment 2 weeks later (there were 2 people working and nobody waiting in line). They also used to regularly have notaries on staff. This branch might as well be a set of ATMs.

The amount I pay in interest to your bank in student and personal loans should be more than enough to cover the 12 dollars you refused to waive to make two copies for me. Absolutely ridiculous. The copies we needed to make were for a home mortgage loan through your bank. The mortgage officer needed a copy of our bank statements. You can kiss that mortgage goodbye and we will be switching banks shortly. Multi million dollar corporations charging six dollars a piece, for paper. Give me a break.

Agree. I try to avoid going inside whenever possible.

US Bank has been named as the 2017 World's Most Ethical Company, so always helpful to know you are in a branch of an organization that cares about the customer. Been banking here for the last five years. Very professional staff, no lines, what else can one ask for from a bank? Still, most banks are like that. But wait ... they reimbursed me for a fee that I was paying to connect my Quickbooks account to their online banking, without me asking. They noticed I did not use that for a while, and simply reimbursed me. A service delighter ... never heard of a bank doing that. That is professionalism, and ethics.

This is a convenient location, and the clerks are always kind and helpful. They are very efficient as well, I have never had to wait more than a minute or two for them to assist me.
