Constantly waiting to do business with US bank after the pandemic started. They need better staffing of the drive through. Been a member for 15 years and they need to get back to normal servicing. Banking is essential.

Their hours during COVID-19 has been changed and not been updated online. They do not close at 4:30 they close at four, I asked the lady about updating the hours she was very rude at the drive-through and told me I could not deposit a check. They didn’t want to take my money because it was 4:01. They have to get some better customer representatives, I get that they deal with a lot of cranky people all day but that does not give them an excuse to be rude towards everyone

A branch in Spokane had incorrectly recorded information on my account leaving me only as an authorized signator. I tried several branches in Central Washington to fix the problem since I do not live anywhere near Spokane. Russ Carter took care of everything I needed and it was a breath of fresh air to find someone exceedingly competent. I had 59 deposits to make in addition and had one of the nicest tellers I have ever dealt with. I have read the other 3 commentaries about this bank and if the comments are accurate, this bank has fixed the problems experienced by them. I couldn't have been treated any better.

Our experience with Jennifer Retana has been absolutely amazing! Very professional, explained things to a T and better than any other Lender has. We truly appreciate how she values her clients.

I went to reset my password. They reset it, but then wrote the wrong temporary password. When I went back again, they said "Yeah, we can't help, come back tomorrow and talk to somebody else." I don't have time and am not sure if I have the patience to come back a third time, knowing they'll probably screw it up again.

This branch is slow and it appears that they dont really care. I waited for an hour in line and only two of the drive through lanes were open. Why not schedule the third lane to be open? People were backed up in the parking lot in line creating a hazard for other vehicles trying to get to the other stores.

Experience with this branch, as well as others has been ok, except for slow service. BUT during the covid thing, has been aweful. Even when other banks have opened, US Bank remains closed. So, for anything other than simple transactions, you are SOL!

If I can give it a zero I would!! Have Columbia bank and never waited this long for a simple withdraw. So frustrating when you have to wait for over an hour. Other banks have already opened up! Why hasn’t this bank opened?

Banker that works there has told me two things that were so incorrect. She has been working there forever she should know the policy's of the company. Send her through training or fire her. She is one of the most strangest people I have ever met in my life. Also upgrade you building its falling apart. Oh and Tuesday I will be there to pull out all of my money so have it ready.

Since covid-19 the line is moving slower and slower. They should start opening at 9 again. It may free up some of the morning traffic.
