Called Rajeev Khanna for a last minute request midday, and he called me an hour before close with all my documents ready. I had never banked at this location before and just called this location cold for help. Rajeev helped me out quickly - great customer service! if this is how well they treat someone who randomly calls in, I can't imagine how great the service would be for someone who is a regular customer!

I would give this bank zero stars if I could. Made me come back 3 times. Insufficient Identification is what they said. When I returned with proper id, they wanted even more info. All the time, they tried to dissuade me from cashing the check. They charged a fee more that was more than from a check cashing place. The check was a US Bank check.

If I can give them a 0 I would. Literally just left after spending 2 hours here after a hold was placed on my account because of a transfer they didn’t recognize. I’m an understanding person so if that was it I would’ve rated them a 5. But no, For 2 weeks I’ve been having a problem with them and I stay in DEKALB IL. So for me to come alllllll the way from dekalb just to sit and watch her do the SAME THING I DID AT HOME. Which was call the number and continue to get placed on hold REDIRECTED to the wrong people and then it started all over again . She even got frustrated and they said I couldn’t acess my online bank for 12 hours. But even then I would have to call the home branch or come back again. Calling the home branch is ridiculous because I know for a fact I’ll be placed on hold for longer than 30 minutes. I will be canceling ny account the next time I’m out here. I literally wasted so much Time only to BARELY get anything accomplished. Do NOT put your money in this bank.
