Drive through ATM is terrible, most of the touch screen does not work resulting in very limited functions and a frustrating experience. Hours are reduced still, limited services, and is understaffed. They try the best with what they have which isn't much. Wouldn't recommend this branch. Nothing has changed in the past 6 months, still sucks.

Very rude service by the older lady. Assuming some kind of leader. High on power! She wouldn't cash our check because of negative balance. Why not deposit the check and then withdraw the rest? So I had to go outside the building to the ATM to deposit the check on my own and came back inside to cash the other check. She didn't want to serve us at that moment so the other teller did. She also made snarky comments about going in front of line when that did not happen. We patiently waited our turn as always, (One person in line). No problem. She needs to be happier! Being miserable is not a fun way to live! Cheers

While their ATM supports cardlessless transactions, seems like USB disabled this functionality for some reason.

Poor communication skills in the loan department and very under qualified staff. I would not recommend getting a loan here or mortgage and we will be finding a company that knows what they are doing.

Pretty bad. Due to buisness I use a branch in Lakewood and Denver as well, this one in Dillon, worst its the staff, S l o w!
