U.S. Bank Branch E Palm Canyon Dr, Palm Springs

Every since I opened my account 5 years ago.i have always had great customer service. Everyone knows me by name and always says hello when I walk in.asking about my day,smiles from everyone even if they are on the phone or with other customers. They still manage to smile and acknowledge you as you walk in.Thank you palm springs US bank branch.

NO CASH? AT A BANK? YOU HAVE ONE JOB!!! I don't know why I'm always shocked at how bad this bank is

I went to the us bank off 111 and sunrise on January 30th to take money out of my account. I am from out of state but I have owned property in California near this bank for 20 years and I have been banking at us bank for at least that long.my birthday was January 28 and my drivers license had expired Before coming I applied for a new license and was given a temp form to use as my license until my new license came in the mail. when I tried to get money out of my account the teller said no that the temp form was no good so if its no good why does the police and others except it .I am very upset and will never go to this branch again. I would not give this branch any stars but I had to give it one to post this.

-10 is the rating. Went into a us bank branch in Palm Springs for a simple roll of quarters and was told unless I had account they would not make the exchange. I do have an account and it will be closed promptly. What a joke.

Called to try to set up a simple autopay on a safety deposit box, and was told we had to come into the bank. We drove three hours to Palm Springs from Huntington Beach to do that only to find that they were too busy and there wasn’t a banker available to help. Probably the worst service I’ve ever had at a bank. Can’t wait to close accounts and move elsewhere, on it!

Ignorant employee, ignorant bank. I am a winter visitor and needed quarters for laundry. First time they looked all over my 10 dollar bill and then grudgingly gave me the quarters. Next time they asked for debit card, only would do it for account holders. All this was rudely stated. Will never open an account in this bank. My suggestion is walk to bank of America or Wells Fargo where they are friendly and will gladly give you rolls of quarters and even wish you happy laundry time.

Terrible service. Waited 45 minutes for a "banker" with no end in sight. I know this because there is no privacy; all the desks are in the common area. The second "banker" was wandering around. Finally decided to cash out my CD. Went to the counter, the teller said she wasn't sure she could redeem a CD, she'd have to ask a "banker" after he was done with his customer. I asked her why she couldn't ask the second "banker." She said he felt sick, had checked out and was going home. Couldn't even answer her simple questions? No, he was sick and going home. I explained some of this money had been in US Bank since 1934. Didn't matter to any of them.

I was not greeted the same way that other bank patrons were when I walked in. I was given attitude at the window. I was not impressed at all. I will not come to this location again. I will go out of my way to go to my original branch in San Bernardino, where they greet me by name, dignity and respect.

Went into this branch for a personal loan and a home Equity loan, the branch manager was helpful and courteous. He walked me through the process and helped me understand my Options. Alejandro was a pleasure to work with.
