I had a terrible experience at this bank trying to withdraw a guaranteed check they told me because the back wasn't signed in another state by someone who I had nothing to do with they couldn't process my funds even though the funds were guaranteed the bank manager told me it was at his discretion whether I got my money or not and he told me he didn't want to take the risk even though I've been a usbank member for over 4 years.

I went in to get a roll of quarters, provided a $20 bill and got back $10 and a roll of quarters with little to no fuss. Fast & friendly service with a smile. Amazing.
