    Hello. Today, Friday February 25 at around 1230 I went to my local US Bank branch in Maryville, Missouri. I wanted to set up a way for people to donate money to my mothers account. All I needed was a way for people to drop off or mail in donations for my mom. She is currently at KU Medical Center under going treatment for Leukemia. She has had an account with this bank for decades. When I asked the clerk she said they couldn't take donations without my mother sharing her account details. That didn't make sense to me. I don't want access to her account. I don't want to withdrawal anything. I just want people to be able to drop off or send in donations that will be deposited directly to her account. I was then told she could open a separate account for donations. Again, that makes absolutely no sense. She already has an account. She is in the hospital for weeks if not months. She cannot come in to deposit money herself. She cannot come in to set up a new account. Even when she does get home she cannot go out in public and risk infection. I don't understand why donations cannot be directly deposited to her account. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I was absolutely disgusted at the lack knowledge and empathy in your employees. Perhaps, send the 2 clerks working back for better training. Or simply hire new people who actually have common sense.     Would give them 0 stars if possible. I called about my boyfriends account after he called and wasn’t able to get overdraft fees off. We got an overdraft by a subscription that was supposed to be canceled and we got that resolved and his money refunded and but not before like $60 in overdraft fees. Also he gets charged for a paper statement that he wasn’t told about when opening the account. He ended up racking up I believe $137 in overdraft fees. They only took off some for him and considered that generous. Anyone who has banked at a good bank knows that is wrong. Overdraft fees from something that was refunded to your account should be taken off. I then called them because of this and I spoke to a representative who told me their bank doesn’t do things that way and let me talk to a manager and she was a straight up c***. Called my boyfriend irresponsible and that was a mistake. She’s lucky she didn’t say that to my face. Customer service here is horrible. Keep in mind when opening an account here that they will charge you fees that they don’t always disclose when opening the account. That’s not how you keep a customer. I will make sure everyone I know knows not to use US Bank as well as my boyfriend is going to close his account.

    I would give them -1 if I could. Opened an account Using personal ask rha check 300.00 ask them when funds be available Tori gave me a receipt saying 225.00 right then and a 75.00 in 3 days that was fine till We'll after I left they froze my account saying had to wait till they got paid on the third day they got the money from the check but refused to realese my funds .When I talked to Magan she said in 10 days I'll be able draw on my account I ask her for an explanation she. It's decision she made and didn't have to give me a reason.I have never been treated so badly by a bank employee in my whole and I'm 64 years old Magen needs to learn custermer service.I ask for her supervisor she refused to transfer me too him. I'mgonna post lo my Page the recorded calls between me and the bank after i.get my account moved. ..

    Very unwilling to help out with questions. Coming from my own experience working with the public in a Human Resources role, this bank leaves a lot to be desired. Especially when dealing with a Tory or Tori. I should have asked for someone else to help me the second time I called back.

    When I lived in maryville this was my bank. Everyone here was very friendly and gave good service.
