I'm not quite sure why your hours are still shortened to just 4 PM. COVID protocol is over....It's April. People who have regular jobs are unable to physically walk in when you close at 4:00.

How are you supposed to conduct banking business if they won't let you in the door? Attempting to get a cashiers check and they won't let you do business with them, it is all online. What is the purpose of a physical branch, if you can't conduct transactions that need to be done in person?

This is ridiculous. If people can go into grocery stores they should be able to go into a bank with proper distancing and a mask. Reducing hours and only having one drive up lane makes for long lines and slow transactions. Also having only one teller is uncalled for. Just open already. I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive through and I’ve been a longtime customer for 25+ years!!

Awesome staff at this location that really do make a BIG bank, feel like a small one. Both Rocky and Jay handled our refinances with the utmost professionalism, and we are now happy to be US Bank customers after years of not being one.
