My personal US bank branch is in Elsmere but I work in Hebron and find myself needing to use the ATM at the hebron.. Sadly this ATM runs out of cash faster than junkie in a trap house and is far from reliable ATM service.

The drive thru has really become a joke as of late. It seems like there aren't enough people working to do the job properly or with any speed. You wouldn't expect this since we aren't allowed to come in and do business. Please hire more people

By far one of the worst locations, half the time they’re closed early or the atm is out of service, don’t even bother stopping here.

Worst customer service I have ever had! After over a month of trying to get an issue resolved and calling multiple people, it wasn't fixed and kept getting hit with fees. Kept getting sent to person after person who couldn't help or said they put in the request to fix the issue that never got fixed. After a customer for over 10 years and 5 accounts with them, I am taking my business elsewhere.

I will further the complaints about this branch not having customer friendly hours given other closures in the area. Why isn't the solution for the owner to say we are going to expand our hours until 6pm and be open on Saturdays??

Great service and very accommodating regarding scheduling a meeting with the bank notary. With the exception of the ATM actin' a fool every once in while, we have always had great service here...special thanks to Amber and Amberly!

Talk about bankers hours. I'm a CFO for a business but, apparently you dont want our business! We have loans at USB in perfect standing, so much so that you keep calling for the 450k loan we working on. We have our payroll account there as well but, the N Ky branches are never open for those who happen to really work. YOU CLOSED DOWN THE BRANCH AT KROGERS but didn't do a thing to help out those clients that actually work til 5: 00 pm! The next closest bank closes at 4 M-H and 5 on F. Its closed on Sat! WELL GUESS WHAT USB. NO MORE LOAN RELATIONSHIPS WITH YOU ALL. AND, AS SOON AS I CAN FIND THE TIME IN MY BUSY WORK HOURS I'M TAKING OUR PAYROLL ACCOUNT WHERE I CAN GET SERVICE. BY THE WAY HOW ABOUT SOME STORES THAT HAVE DRIVE THRU SERVICE OTHER OTHER THAN REMPKE SIGHTS THAT ARE PITIFUL.

Very Concerned that US Bank is limiting Customer Access in the Hebron area... Kroger branch is now closed and the branch in Francisville has very limited hours... we now only have ATM access on weekends.

The hours are incorrect. Drive through and lobby open from 9am-4pm Monday-Thursday. 9am-5pm Friday.

They ran a promotion if you opened an account they would put 200 in it in 12 weeks I called and was told they would look into it and it would take 2 to 5 days. Today is day 6. I call back and once again am told they will look into it.
