    I went to this branch which is on 4th Ave, the bank manager was rude to me. She asked those customers first who came after me and said if they have been helped! I was sitting there and once she done with other customer, I went to her and ask if she could help to clarify some questions for me. She was like it will take so much time and if I pull up statement it will take time and it will cost you. I asked her how much, she said $6 to pull up old statement, I agree to pay $6 and then she suddenly right after said I need to help other customers since she was working as a teller and she said if you lost your statement it’s not my fault, you are responsible for that. I said yeah, I agree but what if I need to see from way back and if she could help me with that. While she was helping customers after me(I still was waiting), customer asked her how’s her day, she literally say it loud “it could be better”. If she is manager, she should know how to behave professionally. If she don’t want to help people, she should find some other job where she cannot deal with people. Long story short, someone else did help me and answer all my questions.

    Me and my family have been visiting this branch now more then one year and we are very satisfied with Sonia Esmail the banker she is always very friendly and with good attitude, she solve all of our banks problems, as i can see she is always busy solving clients problem especially Our Afghan families and Russians، because she speaks very good Persian and Russians too. Also the manager of this branch very good she always tries to not keeping customers wait even in busy situations.

    I will give 7 stars out of 5 because I have the best customer experience ever in any bank especially Emily Renteria was exceptional best customer service in the area. Especially after experiencing careless behavior of Bank of America employees across the street which was totally unprofessional.

    Stephanie Murphy the “manager” likes to make fun of Spanish speaking customer by yelling out loud random Spanish words while laughing and making jokes about random Spanish topics she can think of, overall terrible customer experience, you can easily hear her and her co workers disclose the business of this Spanish speaking customers because they don’t use appropriate translations techniques and instead yell like the customer was deaf.

    Great service from Diala. She went above and beyond to help us out and always followed through on her communication. She is a huge asset to the branch location!

    I like the staff. Very professional but could you please either extend your hours or at least work regular banking hours (9-5)? Edit: So they finally opened and instead of being ready for business, they have no windows open and one guy asking me what my business was there at the door. BANKING. Why the hell else would I come into a bank. Just give me a teller who isn't going to ask me 20 questions when I come in. I tell them I'm here to see a teller and he says why. Really? This is why I try to only do online. The one person at the window starts in and then says shes not even open and shuts the window. Another woman steps in and finally just gets to business. Really? The library is more pleasant than this and they don't let people into the building. And at least wear a name tag rather than a ratty shirt from the bank. It's banking. Be a little professional.

    Stopped by today to make a deposit. Been banking here for years, but haven't been stopping by for a few months as my job has changed. Walking in I found the counters had been rearranged. Seating had been moved into a more comfortable arrangement and a warm attractive carpet added. As always, the staff was warm and friendly. Love these guys and the branch. One of the best managed banks I have ever had the opportunity to work with. THANK YOU!!!

    I've used US Bank for years. I've never, ever had an overdraft fee. I went in today because I actually did- they charged me $36. I asked Erik if he could remove it this one time, he said no. I told him it was my last $36 for the week and I needed groceries. He still said no. So I called customer service and they reversed it for me and they were SO nice about it. Thank you mobile customer service and no thanks to you Erik.
