Drove to the branch to do some business in the lobby, but the lobby was closed. Again. Last time I was here the same thing happened... They explained that it was temporary due to staff shortages. They said the same thing this time... Poor service I say.. .

Really rude and unprofessional. Always seeming suspicious of customers and needing way to much information not pertaining to the transaction. Appleton US Bank does way better job. Lady wad rude voiced

Passive aggressive staff member decided to act rudely in lieu of explaining a supposive bank policy or provide evidence of a corporate policy to back up said policy. As someone who worked in banking for many years, I was very disappointed with this interaction. This was a simple transaction that could have been a much better experience with a little empathy from the bank representative, instead of becoming instantly argumentative and insulting. This account is not necessarily a representation of the branch as a whole, but this associate was not very professional.
