U.S. Bank Branch S Hacienda Blvd, Hacienda Heights

If I could give a no star I would this bank is the worst in securing your money. They discriminate against minorities. Example I have had a Mexican that had all the proper identification and they still. Called me to verify. Which is good but not once have they called to verify my white employees.

The assistant manager Peter is not helpful whatsoever, the rest of the staff is rude and gives attitude. I called twice to talk about overdraft protection fees which they fail to mention about how many times they’ll charge you if your card tries to go through on pending transactions. There is a limit. So in two days they kept charging my acct $72, each day. How ridiculous is that? Happy to say I’ll be leaving them, finally.

Came in to open an account. Hugo was very helpful and knowledgeable. The branch is never too crowded. Ruben the manager is awesome.

I was just in the area and I wanted to change $20 into quarters. However they said I had to have an account there. Never going to a US Bank again.

The worst bank customer service I ever experienced, went there 5 mins before close to open new account but the person who work there said I can't do it since they were closing in 5 mins so he want to go home than my business. Feel sorry for US Bank to have horrible staff member like him.

I made a charity fund to myself and was wondering g how much money I have in a account that belongs to me .my mother maraia Garcia Beltran at 1002 Larchmont and me share a joint account.however she has passed away and I still had a charity sent their cuase I know the clerks and they know who I am .plus I don't have any other account however I asked for checks donated to to be sent their and was wondering if I still have that money and I am waiting for my identification card in the mail and someone always steals from the post office inside job of course im tired of these thieves ripping me off going to other states and branches to get my money out with fake ID in my name their picture on it could you please let me know how much I should have in my account thats For my Patrick is my old middle name I had it changed to Coulter And my name is tattooed to my body for the record of perminit identification could someone help me get my money I believe some bribes someone at the bank Zaza or Dan taps my Phone telling people lies and forwarding they have my name and stuff on a card thats real and thier piture

This Branch has ONLY one ATM machine outside and it is constantly broken or unable to accept cash deposits. So if you have the urgency of making a deposit at night because you need to use your debit card you’re better off looking elsewhere.

What bank isn't open on Saturday's? People work during the week and don't have time to come to the bank then. But you guys decided to be closed what is that?
