I work in retail and went to this branch to do a nightly deposit. I normally go to the one downtown and never have any issues but today it was more convenient to go here so that’s what I did. This branch was useless. They were unable to deposit the amount into the business account even though everything was written out to the correct account and I am an individual how has access to make deposits. I made sure to have my ID present and all other info ready for them to do the deposit. I understand the bank can’t tell me info about the account because it belongs to the business and not me. I didn’t want any info, just the deposit put into the account. I went straight to the downtown branch and they deposited everything just find. I don’t understand how one branch can do something when a different branch can’t. Even if they had an reservation about it, they could of called the owner of the account and he would have given the green light.

Not a fan of the tellers here at all. If you see a customer is in your building- it’s common courtesy to acknowledge them and let them know it’ll be a few minutes rather than just ignore them and give them attitude when they approach you. I normally wouldn’t write a review about something like that but this has happened multiple times at this location and it’s unprofessional. One time I walked out after not being addressed for 5+ minutes.

I went into this branch, and I was told by the branch manager Robert that there wasn't anyone available to help me open a brand new checking account with them. He said that I had to do it at home online. So instead of that I decided to go First Alliance Credit Union and open up an account.

I have a US Bank Focus card and was trying to withdraw money from it, as I have funds in it. I had gone inside the building to get help and was asked to go through the Drive through. That was not an issue at all, I had gotten back into my vehicle to do so and the lady told me I had to go inside the building to do this transaction. She was quite rude and very disrespectful to me and did not offer much help. I wish I would have gotten her name but failed to do so. I was not able to withdraw any money from my card and she told me I needed to go to another bank, so I asked which one as I am not from the Rochester area. She told me there are several other banks in Rochester I could go to. I was very disappointed on how she handled the situation and the amount of disrespect she showed was unnecessary. The lady didn’t need to act the way she did towards me as I was being respectful. I will not go back to this location and wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this location.

I went into this bank to cash a check that is from my employer and drawn on a us bank check, the lady with the gray hair told me that that there is a $7.00 fee to cash this check because I am not a us bank customer. Don't you at us bank think that if a customer of yours writes a check with there money at your bank you should cash it for free no matter where the person banks? After all your customers write checks and you have there money in your bank but you still want to make a $7.00 fee to cash one of there checks with there money in your bank. Apparently I would never bank here and I will be telling anyone that reads this NOT to open an account here or at any us bank or do any business at us bank.

All the staff there are given hard time to me and my relatives. They are not welcoming. Was very unhappy with the Branch Manager's made on us. that they would assist in getting us to open a proper checking account. He said Sure have me make an appointment on Monday 16, May 2022 So we can work it out! My relative and I were humiliated by being turned down again and again. Very unhappy, absolutely they are not loyal to us as a customer.

Was very unhappy with the promises that the Branch Manager made on one visit, that they would assist in getting a proper loan completed, (having the knowledge that the credit score was below 700). He said sure have her come on in and we can work it out! When in reality he knew darn well that he wasn’t going to approve it, but was willing to let the individual be humiliated by being turned down again. Very Unhappy, absolutely no loyalty to their customers! I will be pulling my funds out of this bank, there is no such word as “Partner or Customer Service!!” It’s all about Making money for the Bank! heaven forbid you ever try to help someone!

I love this bank. They are pleasant and efficient everytime I have come in. They even helped me with getting weird paperwork to specific people when I was applying for a mortgage loan. They were always quick to help me and never made me feel like a bother. I love US Bank and this particular branch is great.

I stopped in to this branch to have some coins cashed out and also cash in a check.I walked in the bank at around noon and all the employees were busy chattering. It took them a good 10 minutes to acknowledge my presence. The tellets behind the line wer engrossed in some conservation that my presence had interrupted. The entire process of cashing in the coins and check was very robotic. The tellers did not make any contact nor did they say thank you but she leapt into conversation with an employee who came back from lunch.It seems like US bank is going downhill with their business mannerism. Dont understand why are they so nice when they want you to open back accounts to meet their sickly account goals and lose customer service standards when all is well.
