    I'm so happy that I switched to US Bank. The service at this location has always been wonderful. I've never had a bad experience here. This is where I set up my account initially, and the banker was so dang helpful. I've been with US Bank for about 4 years now and I don't regret it!!

    4 drive up lanes one self service lane. Of the four drive up lanes 3 were open 29 vehicles waiting at 10:30 Saturday morning! Only two tellers were working on a Saturday, Why? The last two times on a Saturday this has happened. Wasted nearly 40 minutes of my weekend each time waiting. A little tip for the bank manager, four lanes four tellers on Saturday!

    WARNING!!! Do NOT bank with US Bank. We are getting ready to pull our accounts out now. We tried to get cash here Saturday to pay for a used car and they claimed they were "short on cash" - YOU ARE A BANK AREN'T YOU???- so they only could give us $2,000 of the $5700 we needed. The teller kept insisting she could give us counter checks. We explained the guy wouldn't take a check so she gives us the counter checks anyway BUT SHE GAVE US TWO COUNTER CHECKS FROM SOMEONE ELSE'S ACCOUNT. Unbelievable. And then we went to the Sartell US Bank and they claimed to be short on cash too. RUN FROM THIS BANK.

    If your looking to buy a home you need to stop by US Bank midtown and ask for Kevin Genosky. I had started with another lender in St. Cloud and found they had been over charging me on the rate and closing cost. While never responding to my questions!!!! A buddy told me to go see Kevin and just like that I had a good rate and fare closing cost. In fact I open a US bank checking and was able to save more because they offered up to 1 k off closing if you have an account. Any way I became a home owner in less than 30 Days. Thank you Kevin for all your help!!

    We will never do a business with US bank again I will take my business somewhere else, imagine getting the money from your account and teller ask you what are you doing with this money or you depositing money to your account and they ask you what you do for work such a stupid thing to ask customers! I have other accounts with other banks and I never ask me with these type of stupid questions!!

    Went in simply to cash in some coins get a print out of a home appraisal report, and my wife had to deposit a check. The teller asked if we had used the Us Bank App. I said I do use it frequently. She asked if I wanted to use the app to deposit a check provided by US Bank for .01 She walked me through how to use the app to deposit checks. Very simple and they don’t charge fees for it. I also needed copies of the home appraisal I had done for a loan we took out, and they provided that as well. Simple and fast help. Just an overall great experience at this location. Thanks US Bank on 33rd !

    Any simple transaction with the tellers appears as an inconvenience to them. They rudely push you to do everything on your app and talk down to you if you don't choose to do that. I have been here many times, this is the usual. You are better off going to the US Bank by police department if you want decent service.

    From the first day I opened an account in this bank, I did not feel comfortable. When I first opened it they said they don't have temporary cards, I said ok I'll wait 3 days to 7 days to get the permanent card. I waited for 3 weeks with calls and going to the branch to ask them and they said it should be here by the end of the week, and then they said it should be here next week. When I asked to talk to the manager and with being strict, they said your card was never ordered! I can't believe how they couldn't order it from the first day. I called to make a claim for a transaction that I don't recognize and it was all good, but now my card is reported as lost or stolen, I called them to remove the hold or whatever is on te card, they said once you make the claim you can't cance or do anything about it. Wait approximately one week to get your card. I have used other banks like Chase, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America and it was all different when it came to claims. They never lock your card or do anything other that give your money back. Wow, US Bank is the worst bank I ever used.

    Slowest most invasive bank I have ever been to. I have been making deposits for the business I work for, for more than 6 months. Today I was asked for my driver's license and social security number to make a deposit.

    99.9% of the employees are great,. Jenna that works drive thru has a serious attitude problem. If you don’t like your job “Cruella deVil” you should find another. One of the worst attitudes I have dealt with in all my time.
