    My grandmother lives in Pahrump and has never in 5 years had any issues with this branch until this week when she went to the location on December 28th and they were closed due to "an emergency". She then had to drive an hour and a half to a branch in Las Vegas, but they were unable to help her because the service she was looking for required an appointment and there were none available that day. The good news was that the teller was able to make an appointment for the next day back in Pahrump, so she went home expecting to meet with someone this morning at 10am. When she arrived at the bank this morning there was no one there but her and some lady from the back came out and told her they'd have to cancel her appointment because there was only two people there, even though no one was there to be helped but her. SHAME ON US BANK, this is a retirement town and you're the only branch there. SHAME ON US BANK for not calling your customer to share that they needed to cancel or move the appointment. This specific need was so that this bank could accept a wire of over 100k. SHAME ON THEM but also shame on us for banking with them.

    I opened up a new checking account here today, and I have to say that customer service was top-notch. Keala W. was my teller, and she was not only very professional, but also very friendly. She's a definite asset to the US Bank team. Everything went quickly and smoothly. Additionally, I found out that as a military veteran, the maintenance fees are waived for me. Thanks, US Bank. Glad you're here in Pahrump!

    This is not a real bank don’t ever trust them with your money. If you try to take out more than about $1000 at once they will put you through hell and make you wait weeks to get your money. ATMs are always out of service, website goes down a lot, and customer service is the worst. They will cancel your credit cards and send new ones periodically without notifying you. Even the name US Bank is misleading, if you move to a state that has no branch, then goodluck getting your money without going back to a state that has a branch.

    Banker can make their own rules, this location sucks! You can cash a check and they will only give you whatever amount they want.

    Horrible costumer service! The manager is so rude and has no idea how to help a costumer! Apparently I am not the only one who has gotten "missing money" from this location from a personal account.

    This is the worst bank that I have ever experienced in my life. Please find either another branch or a national bank to work with. My grandmother has had a horrible experience with this branch. To summarize the chain of events, I have never seen a bank where only the manager could release a hold. Nobody over customer service, fraud, or regional could not do it. The district manager was not to helpful either. To add insult to injury, they do not answer the phone consistently. Various people from the 1 800 number experienced the same rude disgusting responses. One of the representatives told the branch that their is a new virtual option for customers but to no avail. I spoke to one of the rude associates named “Tiffany” she said she didn’t have a last name. At first she said they don’t have emails, then she said I gave your grandmother the email. (That can’t be true because my grandmother is 92 and has no idea what an email is). Then I had to say well I’m requesting and email. Horrible! Each day, they claimed the manager would be back. How can someone become ill and not have a replacement for weeks? This is not a mom and pop store this is a bank. When the manager received the envelope from my grandmother the last thing she said was “I’m in a meeting I will call you back”, Three weeks later and we were still waiting. Like I said to customer service if Sherry never returned, it appeared that the bank is not equipped to run efficiently. It’s apparent that they need support with leadership and customer service training. I am not putting all details in this review but I do want to warn others. Thank God I went to social media and a wonderful man named Chris was very responsive with trying to help us. I am grateful for the experience that we have had with him. I just looked and there are other reviews regarding this branch and concerns that should be addressed. My grandmother has been trying to rectify this issue for over a month now. One person who was missing for weeks is the gatekeeper and her employees are disgustingly rude and dismissive. Please save yourself the headache especially if you have elderly family members. This bank not affiliated with the BBB either. Please take your money elsewhere this branch is in need of a complete overhaul.

    Never again will Bank there the lady was so rude Evey one else was nice and helpful charges was coming out like crazy there all even noticed one lady was making me fell like it was me when it wasn't card keept locking Evey four days getting a new replacement card waiting for my cards to come in mail Double changes 30 days latter didn't go in my favor do know how only used the ATM in that store one time ever the time I ever went in that store

    On the first of the month I deposited my paycheck into my account and the told me because I was there at 550 that it wouldn’t be available until the next day . Two days later on the 3rd I took my kids school shopping. I log on to my account and it shows me 1025 negative. I call the bank and talk to the lady that helped me with deposit and she says I don’t see any deposit on the first. Then she says I will call you back . Meanwhile I have bills that are not being paid .

    Horrible customer service been on hold 3 times 30min a time and they still can't take off a fraud hold. At least in the hold time I have time to find a new bank.
