Already not a fan of U.S. Bank due to previously having account issues with them. However they bought my home loan from Pulaski Bank so now I'm stuck dealing with them. Visited this location today to pay my mortgage and reluctantly to open a checking account so I don't have to continue coming in person to pay. Was told I have to call and make an appointment to open a checking account. I told the teller I've never heard of calling to make an appointment to open a checking account. The teller sarcastically responded that we've never had a pandemic before either. The manager who always has an attitude was glaring at me over her glasses with an evil look and rudely said "we don't do it after 4 anyway" this is the second time in the last year that I visited this location and both times felt unwelcoming. It's ok U.S. Bank, I'll keep depositing my money elsewhere.

RACIST, RUDE, AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! THIS RACIST BANK IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER FROM MY HOUSE AND NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I CONDUCT BUSINESS HERE!!! On 6/9/2018, I went inside of this US Bank to open up an additional checking account for myself and my boyfriend. I had all of his information but was not aware he needed to be with me. Therefore, I left and came back with him. From the moment I walked back in with my boyfriend, we were treated very poorly by the Manager. She directly came off as if we were trying to be on some type of fraudulent activity or something. She kept continuously asking me the same question over and over again, after I had already answered her question the very first time, as if I were lying to her about something. Finally I had had enough of her and I expressed to her that I didn't want to deal with her any longer because she was making me feel like, because we were black, there was some type of fraud trying to be committed. So my boyfriend and I left the desk and went back across the lobby to wait for the personal banker. She waited until we left the desk and then she yelled out from her desk, all the way across the lobby at the top of her lungs saying, "I AM NOT RACIST!!!! Now mind you, we are in a quiet bank and she is supposed to be a manager!! So next the personal banker finally walks over to us after we had been there waiting on him to assist us for about 15 to 20 minutes (waiting from 11:40 am -12:00 pm) and says 'WHATS THE PROBLEM? WE ARE CLOSED!! At this point, I was livid!! He actually had the nerve to refuse our service and tell us that they were closed after we had been in the lobby waiting for his assistance after all that time. Then they had the nerve to call the police on us!!! DON'T BE FOOLED THINKING THAT JUST BECAUSE YOU SEE BLACK TELLERS WORKING IN THAT BANK, THAT BLACKS ARE WELCOMED BECAUSE WE AREN'T. YOU SEE BLACKS WORKING IN THAT BANK BECAUSE ITS THE LAW!! ALL COMPANIES HAVE TO HIRE A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF MINORITIES!! If you are black, I would advise you take your business elsewhere!! There are way too many other US Banks that will treat you with fairness and respect, regardless of the color of your skin!!

BEAWARE FOR YOUR SAFETY! I was shot at while working at this location and I was unarmed security guard which I think Ridiculous for this high crime area. I was eventually fired while pursuing Work Compensation benefits.

I love this bank! The tellers are always nice and have always been very honest. I made a $100 mistake on a deposit once that the teller could have easily pocketed but he was honest and told me about it. I appreciate that kind of honesty in this day of age. Thank you. US BANK.

I will never go inside to do any bank business they have no sign in sheet so people just walk in after you get into their safe box while you been sitting there waiting to get in yours. The security monitor should just stand there and look out the window and stop acting like he knows what's going on with banking business.

Slowest service, inside or drive up, plan on at least spending 30 minutes easy. The tellers were helpful, just slow!
