My wife and I HIGHLY recommend Brad Pace and his team! We found Brad through our realtor, and boy are we fortunate to have found him! A significant portion of our income comes from a family owned small business. During the peak of the COVID pandemic, we had several big bank mortgage brokers rudely scoff at our loan application. We were frankly shocked at how unprofessional they were. Despite our excellent credit and strong financial position, it was obvious the other brokers didn’t want to put in the extra work required for our small business income.
