Ill start this review by saying SARAH is the best. We shared a great vibe also, shes very patient. Its hard to find a female sales rep that knows what shes doing & she sure does the best! I haven’t had the best luck with cars for the past few years but coming here rest assured she made me feel very comfortable and did not rush me at all while I was paying attention to detail. After looking for hours and test driving multiple vehicles we finally found a great fit. I have to say, the teamwork there is outstanding i’m very impressed to see a place where everyone helps out each other which shows very true commitment towards the business. I’m writing on behalf of my boyfriend (he’s not so great with writing reviews). We came in to look to either refinance his car, or trade his car that he bought about a year and a half ago from here, and we didn’t think we’d walk out with anything besides the car he came with. Sarah was AMAZING. She wouldn’t give up until we found the perfect car, within the price range. She listened to all of our concerns, and made sure we were satisfied with everything before we walked out the door. Sarah was very quick with everything. He ended up walking out with a complete upgrade from his old car and we are so grateful! Thank you so much.

Came into purchase a car with my husband. I am overall impressed with the amazing service and amazing customer service. Damon Collins is whom we made an appointment with to decide what options we had. He really worked with our situation and got us a car. I came here with the intentions of bringing my daughter here to get a vehicle. However, after some time, I decided to see what I would qualify for. Soon after, Damon helped me get into a car with the price I was comfortable. He is very personable, compassionate, and professional. I would highly recommend coming in to see him!

Called to find out price on a car (too much). Asked if they had any of a certain make/model. Yes! They just got 2 in. One ends up being the price, mileage, options I want. Perfect! Can't send pics because it was at the detail shop. Was told to come & see the next day. Would 100% be done at shop & on the lot. Called twice before going to make sure car was there & could be ready to see & buy right away (tight time schedule). Again was told 100% sure that the car would be there & ready to go. Get to the lot & don't see the car. Walk inside to see where it was. No straight answers. Was told to walk the lot & try to find the car & maybe there's something else I may like. Reminded the salesperson that we were on a tight schedule, we knew what car we wanted & were ready to buy right now. Couldn't find the car on the lot, was told it was still at the detail shop 5 minutes away, shouldn't be much longer, but would I be interested in a different car? After another 20 minutes or so we said that we would like to go to the shop just to see it. Sales manager was ready to have us follow them to the shop, just had to check on something. Another 10 minutes, we said we had to leave & they could call us when it was ready. It was then "discovered " that the car had been sold that morning. Kinda weird that information wasn't available to anybody in that building to let us know. The car wasn't even on their website. Was this a possible scam to get us to come in? I really feel like it was.

I only put 4 stars because the ppl behind the desk play to much instead of really try but I want to just say when I gave up on looking for a car omg Aaron did NOT give up he find some that I like and didn’t push me to pick today he told me to take my time and I did just that but I want to give Aaron a 10/10

Let me just say I was I was getting so frustrated with dealerships and this whole buying a car experience. I started feeling like people were just trying to get my money and wanted me to settle for anything. I was ready to give up but my girl told me try one more spot. It was Destiny that changed my experience and made me feel better. She is such a sweet person I really felt like she cared. My little brother and his girl are looking to get a car and I already told them they gotta go see Destiny. She is so dope!!

They are liar's and need to be more honest. I ask if you are a buy here pay here. You lie and say you are. You tell me I am gonna work someone I never see. After sitting in the dealership for hours you tell me the banks need me to have a cosigner. I knew that I would have never came. You wasted my time and $30 in Lyft. I don't have a cosigner if I had one I would not be in a dealership for hours I would buy online. U r approved need to start being more honest. Now Samantha is avoiding me

Omar was a good salesman he welcomed me in he made sure Me n my lil sister had something cold to drink. He also gave made sure she had a snack to eat out the vending machine . He is a good warm-hearted person. He did what he did to get me approved with a reliable vehicle that’s fits me and with the help of Curtis as well. They both did an amazing job. I was told by a salesman that it would be refunded if they were unable to make a deal. Unfortunately we never came to an agreement, and I did not get my refunded holding deposit. No communication back from them when I reached out. I reported to BBB

According to this place; they are income based… which is a total lie! We went into the dealership believing this and they specifically said our credit would not be an issue, that they were 100% we would walk out with a car. (With No down payment and no co signer) What really happened: They wasted our day by filling out paper work even asked us to pick out 3 cars we really liked. Just to ask for at least a 3k down payment and if our children would co-sign! What? Our children? What makes them think we have children! Not only that, but the supposed manager was so ignorant and rude! I will never ever shop at that dealer ever!

It's a scam they called me and said I have been approved for a car, NO down payment they go off income. They run my credit 6 times and show me 3 cars, sold 1 while I was test driving it. Then tried to sell me a 2013 Mercedes-Benz with a $1500 down payment and no warranty for $18,500.

I have been talking to chance trying to find the perfect car for me and he has been so much help, I haven’t found the right one just yet but he has been so patient with me and has been super easy to talk to! Just a matter of time until we the right one

I put in an inquiry from an internet add that I saw that stated that they determine approval based on income. The next day I received a call from Kat. She said that they don’t use credit and she asked me for my income. After giving her that info I was told that I made enough to get approved for any of their cars and told me I’d pay no more than 440-480 a month. I asked how they do it and I was told they had pre payed inventory. I inquired about two cars and she told me for sure they’ll be able to get me in. Next day I come she wasn’t there. Another gentleman helped me. He was good at his job but at the end of the day it turned into your typical car visit. He didn’t show me the cars I asked for. I told him i didn’t need a car and that I only came for the promise that Kat offered. I was there for four hours. They ran my credit which they said they wouldn’t, didn’t give me what I was looking for, and just said what they needed to just to get me there. It was a super shady experience.

I called in hoping to get sum help with a new vehicle, I have called several places and just wasn't able to get the help I was looking for, all that changed when I called and Destiny answered. She was very patient with me and talked me thru my options and really helped me the whole way on getting my new vehicle. I highly suggest looking into Destiny to help you if you want an efficient, understanding and reliable person to help you on your car journey.

Got approved for a vehicle up to 30k and still ended up with no vehicle. Told salesman “Mitch” exactly what I wanted and the prices I wanted to pay. I guess that totally went over his head because it seems to me that he wanted me to have his choice of preference of a vehicle that I was going to finance for myself. Mitch had no interest in helping me from the start and was so rude that I wanted to get up and leave just off his behavior while working with me. Later I then asked if I could see a different vehicle he replied “what’s wrong with this one”(rudely), as if I didn’t have any other options that I could choose from. His communication sucked so bad that I had to get other salesman’s and even the manager to help answer questions. Which was his job cause he was the one helping look for a vehicle.

I truly tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. But I knew I should have listened to myself and all the poor reviews and not wasted my time or gas. 1. I called and asked for an explanation for every single negative thing that customers have said. I was given a false explanation. 2. I specifically asked “kat croft” multiple times if we would be meeting with her. She stated yes and that we were already approved we just had to come pick a car and fill out paperwork. I get there and all of a sudden her phone doesn’t work and we were never approved. then we were told by aaron and his shady looking loan manager that She (conveniently) “left and wasn’t coming back. and that she was just a loan coordinator.” Turns out they didnt have their lies in order. i asked for kat and you say you’re gonna go get her then all of sudden she just left💀 THEY ARE SAM ARTISTS, LIARS AND EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM IS FRAUD. THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE REAL FINANCING. Save a trip and headache and go to right way auto or kunes in antioch.

Worst experience at a dealer I've ever had! They do run your credit even though they say it's based on your income. Second they ask for your license and once you decide you want to leave because you aren't happy or not interested in buying a car with them, they seem to miss-place your license and have you there waiting. Not only that but offer cars you do not like and try to convince you other cars you don't want are a better option and insist and do not want to return your license. Had talked to someone before driving there because we live 2 hours away and they confirmed they still had the car we wanted. The person on the phone asked me questions and said we were approved and gave my wife a monthly payment estimate but once we got there the "salesperson" that took care of us over the phone was not available so sat us with someone else. Ran our credit and explained there is no dealer that did not run your credit so red flag/false advertisement and lied over the phone. Now they don't even have the car we were assured they still had and offered something 10k more expensive. Now the monthly payment went from what we were told over the phone from $249 to $500!!! Ridiculous! They wanted us to pay 36k over the course of 6 years for a car they had priced at 24k. Good luck with these people.

This place is weird. I told them several times I couldn’t sign with anyone else as a co-signer and they kept pushing this on me. I was there way later than I needed to be bc they said I got approved but the bank was closed so I had to wait until next day when they opened to get the terms. They called me back the next day saying Id have to sign w someone so pretty much time wasted because I explained to them several times I have no one else to sign with. They also kept my ID and when I called asking for it back literally NO one answered so I just showed up to get it back and it took him forever to get it. Almost like they misplaced it. The first car I test drove was super messed up. They don’t check these cars before they sell em to people so definitely be wary of that if you do decide to go here. Think these places usually just pray on people, I ended up getting a car from carmax even w my bad credit. Id recommend going there instead. Also I thought they didn’t run credit here, I thought it was based on income and they put a bunch of hard inquiries on my credit report which lowered my score. They added like 4/5 inquiries to my credit report in like 5 min. Pretty sure there’s some kind of incentive to get people to post 5 stars on here after getting the car.

The staff here is so helpful! Understanding, overall GREAT! 10/10 I highly recommend. Matthew and The Manager Curtis was very helpful those guys are Awsome , and yes I’m a first time buyer !!!!!!!
