TwinStar Credit Union Centralia S Gold St, Centralia

Recently moved to WA and was looking for a good credit union and was going to open an account with another credit union but my wife found this bank and opened an account with them, at first I was iffy but decided to give it a chance and let me tell you it was the best decision ever! I got a checking account, saving account, and even a credit card! And Frank M got me the best insurance quote I’ve ever had with progressive! Thanks you guys!

Paid off our credit card and you guys closed my credit account without even telling me. No phone call, email, letter in the mail. Went to go use it today it declined then I called to figure out why and was rudely told you closed my account and couldn't help me. Glad to know you guys suck almost as much as Chase. Will be closing my account next week.

Stopped by the first week of the month to get a new debt card as mine expired, was told to wait for it in the mail instead. After ending the month without receiving my card I called on the first about getting a new one, the lady said to come through the drive up to get a new one because they can’t have more than 5 people in the lobby at a time. After driving over here today, waiting in the drive up for my turn I got told to pull around and come in to get a new card. Frustrated about the experience, but happy the lady who printed me my card is always pleasant to work with.

Love this place. Great programs and rates and very polite staff. The atmosphere is relaxed and I have recommended this to many people. They really want to help! They offer multiple opportunities for you to grow financially and practice smart saving. If I were looking for a bank to trust with my funds I would try twinstar first, they'll get ya going with something good. Peace ✌

I have been a member of this credit Union for 10 years or longer. I have always found them to be very professional helpful courteous and quick and doing my banking business.

I've been with tscu for years and love them, wont go back to a bank. Good service, great people to deal with.

Terrible customer service. Applied for home loan, old white dude questioned why I had multiple W-2s in a calendar year. He was snotty, rude and lacked any class. 3 years later returned to a different branch to pay off loan got nothing but lies and attitude.

Really busy today but still good customer service

It seems like their web services are almost always non-functioning. Every time I need to log in to see my balance, the server is down. I'm switching to an online banking system that is more reliable and less likely to fail.
