I came here to sell my PS4 pro that I bought new at Walmart a few years back. They proceeded to tell me it was a slim than tried to get me to take out a loan if I needed money than they checked out a few of my games 4 in total they said they would give me 100 for all but kept telling me I could take that loan out so I said screw it ill go elsewhere so I went to the Coonrapids location and they told me it was just a regular first edition PS4 and they kept mentioning a loan as well.

I came right at open time and Rudy and Chris were very welcoming. There were a couple of other customers in here getting help and they were just as nice and helpful to them. This is the only pawn chain I ever use if I need it. No one loves to come to a pawn store but when you do you want to be treated well and these guys nail it every time. Thanks Rudy and Chris!

Found the shop due to a search for a specific gun. I have never done an online purchase of a firearm before. I am very particular about what I purchase. Called up the shop and talked to the guys and they made it a great experience. They were very helpful and the gun was exactly as they described. Very pleased with the purchase. A+ from me.

I would give them a 10 star rating if i could.. I called them why i was on the road driving a semi.. I wanted a rifle i use to have before i moved to Minnesota.. They had the rifle I was looking for.. I asked them would they please hold it for me until i make it home.. They did just that.. I made it home and went straight to TCP to buy the rifle. They are really nice people.. I'm looking to go see them hopefully in the next week for a pistol i want they got.. I plan on shopping with them every chance i get.. Thank y'all for good service

Needed a generator at the last minute and Jesse was more than happy to show me multiple one they had in stock. Very knowledgeable and even helped me load it into my car. Great experience.

Do not shop at this pawn shop, they make unethical deals over layaway items and literally steal money that isn't theirs. Alot of us are struggling financially because of covid and some of us use layaway to buy things we normally can't afford upfront, with that said if u pay this pawn shop 2 thousand dollars for an item on layawaya item and then cancel because of significant changes in your life or financial they will literally keep your 2 thousand dollars with zero refund of any sort. This shop owner is very unethical using this disgusting practice to steal from his customers. If u buy from this shop do all money upfront regardless of what employees tell you about a refund. My family and I will never shop at this place again and we have spent a couple grand in their these last 2 years between both shops...DO NOT DO LAYAWAY WITH THIS COMPANY period

I shopped at this place 3 times in my life and most recent came back to cancel and layaway item. Turns out I didn't read the receipt because they literally keep your money. I find it odd and very unethical this shop would keep peoples money when they haven't bought anything. With that said do not buy from this shop nor do any layaway items with them. Very unethical consumer practices as I will not be shopping at this place ever again.

Purchased an item online and received it quickly with excellent packaging. Unfortunately there were personal identification markings on the item which reduced the value. A 2 minute phone call brought an offer from TCP to pay for replacement parts to correct the issue. First class customer service all the way!

Drove over an hour to work out a deal. I offered to trade a firearm brand new never shot for a used 30 year old firearm of far lesser value simply because of personal preference. I emailed ahead of time to make sure this is a service they offered. They confirmed that we could make that work. I show up and the guy working at the firearm counter did not even look up to see who had walked in. I then went to the manager and told him why I was there, he offered me less than half of the value of my firearm and said that there is no trade option there. I didn't need to trade just thought it would've been better for both me and the store. I understand how this business works, and I expected to maybe pay a little on top but that was a waste of my time and gas. I'll stop somewhere tomorrow and purchase the same firearm
