Great local credit union with fantastic customer service. Emily is one of the most knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient tellers. My entire immediate and extended family go to Emily for all our banking needs, and she is beyond patient, takes the time to explain everything, and we always leave incredibly satisfied with her service!!

It was a quick and easy run to Tucoemas to deposit my tips. Really enjoyed that the teller was genuine and real with her platinum hair and lip ring. I like when an employer let's you be yourself.

Emily was Amazing. She helped me start a Credit Card Account and she explained all of the benefits available to me. I will be setting up a Checking account soon and I will definitely see Emily for her assistance.

My recent visit to Tucoemas in Porterville, was with employee Emily. From the moment I walked in the door, Emily was quick to say hello and offer her assistance. While Emily assisted me with my transactions, she was professional, kind, respectful, helpful and friendly. As well as knowledgeable and quick to make the transactions. I was in and out, in a matter of minutes. Emily is a great asset to Tucoemas, her coworkers, her position, and the members of Tucoemas she assists daily. If I want to call and speak to Emily regarding my account, I first call the main office in Visalia, then ask to be transferred to the Porterville Branch. I give the Porterville Tucoemas Branch a 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating!

We've been members with Tucoemas for over 30 years now. We've never been disappointed with anyone from all of the branches, however, I recently went to the Akers location and had a special circumstance that needed attention, it was actually on my birthday, well Emily impressed me so much! Her professionalism was exceptional and she was so understanding and friendly. She went above and beyond for me. She even made sure to give me a Starbucks gift card for my birthday! She made me feel like I was valued and cared about. Thank you Emily❤️🙏

Thank you Regina for making my experience a great one like always.I had a card that was literally falling apart and I was given a new one on the spot. I was offered lemonade, coffee (hot or cold ) had I not just had a drink I would of definitely had one. This bank is always very helpful and thorough.

Being a new member to Tucoemas Federal Credit Union I did not know what to expect. I soon found out that all of it's staff are courteous, friendly and informative especially Analisa Williams. Her cheerful and exuberance is a breath of fresh air. Just love this place! The staff are so friendly and helpful. Emily helped me today and had amazing customer service and also educated me on some really important and helpful information about my account.

My experience was less than adequate. The automated teller was not helpful. at all. I am on hold mare than 10 minutes and still waiting. I get a notice that I have not paid my bill which should have been 97.00 for the balance. and I can see online that amount has cleared my checking account
