TruWest Credit Union - Dobson & Elliot W Elliot Rd, Chandler

Worst bank. Customer service always terrible. I hope this bank gets replaced with a better one. The community needs better.

As soon as I walked into the branch I felt welcomed. We were looking for a credit union that fits our desires for a few weeks and we came across TruWest. They had everything we needed and the lady who helped us was so helpful and took us through the process with patience because we did have lots of questions. She answered them clearly and honestly. I had a great experience, and three accounts later we definitely chose them to be our credit union with no regrets!

Won’t break cash without an account.

I thought I would change my business account and personal account to truWest, i drive by it every day and thought it would be convenient. I walked into the branch at Dobson and Elliott, was greeted by the teller, they took my name and I waited a out 3 minutes to been seen by someone at a desk. I explained that I would like to open a business and personal account. I was then scolded for not having all my documents. I told her she was being rude and just asked her what documents I needed, i would gather them and return later in the day. She then went on to tell me there is a 15 day hold on all checks, she made it clear that this doesn't include Saturday or Sunday. So, basically they would hold my deposit for 3 weeks!!! I Will NEVER STEP FOOT INTO A TRUWEST BANK AGAIN!!! I will stay with Desert Financial!!!!!

The branch at Dobson/Elliot always exceeds my expectations. Very friendly employees! Overall I really enjoy banking with Truwest Credit Union. It's much better than when I was with a large financial institution where there is a fee for every little thing. My only hesitation in giving a 5-star rating is I think the branches should be open until 6:00, especially on Fridays.

When I first moved to Arizona I lived near a TruWest branch and I opened my accounts and from that day forward it has been a perfect relationship for me plus they have shared branches all across the USA and that is extremely important for me

The staff are friendly and professional - that's literally the only thing they have that's good for them. In general, TruWest DOES NOT care when you claim fraud on your debit card. I have brought up a dispute multiple times and I called them the moment I discovered it. The hold time is atrocious, too. If you want a bank that has honor, go somewhere else with your money.

I have been a member since it was the Motorola Employee credit union. I love the service, nice atmosphere, and friendliness of this institution. Great products to begin teaching kids to start saving. During my last visit my teller Jose was very cordial 😊 I am a customer for life

Staff is dedicated to help you in friendly and understanding manner. I always feel welcomed when I walk through the doors because they acknowledge you right away. Not too long of a wait even when they are busy! Great union to bank with.

Always very helpful. The member service representative, Goretti knows what she is doing and greets you with a smile and makes sure all your needs are met and taken care of. Definitely recommended!
