Excellent customer service at the location a Creekside. Vanessa took the time to walk me through the banking app, which is harder for non tech savvy people like myself. I cannot recommend them enough.

Great service, friendly, helpful tellers, the loan officer was very pleasant and knew this area. I prefer building a relationship with a local bank to do local business. I always go inside because I like to meet the people handling my money face to face. I like this bank.

I LOVE Trust Texas Bank! I've never seen a bank go above and beyond like they do. Everyone there is so incredibly nice and friendly to me. Wish I could've found them sooner :)

I absolutely love this bank!! I was a member of a large chain bank for 17 years- never once did they help with anything, and they charged for EVERYTHING! 17 years, no customer loyalty at all. Husband convinced me to switch us to a smaller bank, I’m so glad we did! Very friendly and very helpful! Thank you!!

It used to be a good bank. I originally rated it 5 stars a few years ago.... Over time, things at that bank have changed. Now the bank staff seems very uppity, snooty, stuck-up, unfriendly, etc. Lynann is the worst. She is cold-natured and unfriendly. I don' think she knows how to be nice or smile......I feel negative vibes/energy from her.... I was talking with her one time (when I had lost my debit card), and so I was making a joke and thats it.....She never responded to what I was saying; She never even gave me eye contact - She retained an emotionless straight face; She ignored me as I was sitting at the desk across from her talking to her. Its like that EVERY TIME I have ever dealt with her, too.....I don't like dealing with people like her; I don't like unhappy, unfriendly people, so I'm definitely changing banks.

I had to rate my great experience here! The staff was really friendly. I was greeted and helped in an efficient manner. Glad I am with TrustTexas now!
