    Loved this credit union when it was Firefly but since the merger to Trustone the customer service is almost non-existent. Have fun trying to get a hold of them over the phone or through the messenger in mobile app. This company obviously was either not ready for this yet, or this is just their standard of customer service.

    I started with Firefly about 3 years ago and have only ever had positive experiences. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, whether on the phone, on an online chat, or in person. The rates are also fantastic. I was able to get my vehicle loan with less than 3% interest. This was a really great place to get my first ever vehicle loan from, and my experience has been positive ever since.

    I have been banking here literally since I was a child. In the last year every time I have to go and get something notarized I dread going. Joey is the one who I always get stuck with when I go in to get something notarized. He makes it extremely difficult, questions me and just makes my experience very uncomfortable. I think the branch needs to relook the notary process. If he does not want to notarize legal documents then maybe his status of being a notary should be taken away. There is one woman who helps me with it once at this location and she was so kind about it. Didn't even question me. She was just like "ok you sign and I sign". With Joey I have to explain myself and still get questioned why I need it done even though I give an explanation and even show directions of why I needed my documents notarized. Just highly disappointed in his service and he makes me dread going to this location. If you need to get something notarized I would advise going to a different location!

    AMAZING! Katy and Gabriele were life savers. They moved so quickly to help me get my car loan in the same day I applied. They had great rates and went out of their way to make sure it could all happen. I'm going to be a customer for life. Big thanks again.

    My dad and I were not disappointed! We went in to refinance our car and Molly was incredible. She answered all our questions and concerns and did everything to make us feel welcomed. Definitely recommend.

    Its been my bank for more than 25 years. The service has always been great. They are more accommodating than the "big boys" who seem to be so bound to their rules they can't do what makes sense. We were in over draft once because a deposit didn't clear on time. They forgave the charges. I have been unable to make a deposit to a student's account in a big bank, but had no problems at Firefly. I am able to do banking for my son who lives overseas without a problem. I haven't paid any fees for years. If you need a bank this is the one.

    Since they switched to Trustone the customer service is non existent. There's one 800 number for all the branches, with an average wait time of thirty minutes. And then the person that picks up is rude. Used to be able to talk to the specific branch and a real person from that branch would pick up. I'm pulling all the money out from checking, money market and IRA and going to a bank with customer service

    The greatest thing about Firefly is that you're treated like more than a number! As a small business owner I'd say that one of the best business decisions that I made was to open our business account with Firefly. When I walk through the doors of this branch each teller welcomes me with a smile, handle my affairs like its there own, and goes above and beyond to make sure my banking needs are met. They are fast and no matter what day of the week I visit my wait is never long. The new renovation makes for a very peaceful atmosphere. Jonica and her team are smart, reliable, and willing to do their very best to make sure you leave with your head held high. If you're looking for a credit union to open a business account or a personal account I would refer Firefly every time. They are the best!

    Worse. Don’t go there! If you have a business or any kind of business . They always automatically discharge your bank. Without the notice. If they knew it , they should have not to take of your check instead of wait in couple day the. they shall be charge it ! I recommend not to take bank. For business. This is not friendly.
