Trustco Bank Hoosick Rd, Troy

Went to one of the branches in Latham to do some transaction. Had a less then favorable experience. I live in the Brunswick troy area so thought I’d stop at that branch to see if they could help me with the transaction that the other branch seemed to have issues with . Right away The manager at the desk I believe his name was Ryan greeted me and asked if there was anything he could do to help . I explained the situation to him , he was able to Immediately help me with what I wanted to know and fixed the issues that the other location couldn’t seem to get right . Ryan was super helpful super friendly and efficient! Hire more staff like him!!!

Crappy ATM. Does not work half the time (actually more than half) and then I have to go to an ATM that charges me and they don't even refund the charges. Even when one day I went in the branch and there was a man there named William who was like a higher up manager and he said the charges would be refunded and they never were. Once they refunded me some a couple of years ago and that was only after I hounded the branch manager for about two weeks. Totally horrible customer service. One of these days I will open a new account somwhere else and get rid of them.

Our, my experience with Trustco Banks started almost 8 years ago in Catskill. Berkly and her staff were always affored us, me, a great deal of courtesy and assistance. I moved to Valley Falls 5 years ago and believe that we, I, have had nothing but excellent treatment and help from every person and manager that has been there. As an aside, 10 months ago the manager was Dalton..his assistant was a female whose name also was not William. This branch is and always has been 5 star. I cannot speak to the ATM issue; I have nwver had a problem wirh it. I do know their maintainence people are there for the slighest issue. Even they are always quite polite. I digress.. Excellent people, awesome service and great location.
