They scammed me. I generated a debt to income ratio report for my own information. I found out they never consolidated my student loans...I wasted so much money ...Please do not do business with them.

My loan servicer had me in a higher payment plan than I should have been in for years. When I called Trust Arrow they walked me through and showed me exactly what I qualified for, and how enrolling into a new plan would save me over $32,000. They told me I could try and enroll myself, but I did not have the time or attention to detail to spend the next 9 months to try in case I messed it up, so I asked their service to do it for me. Within 3 weeks, my loan payments went from over $300 to ZERO, and my balance is on the road to forgiveness. Yeah of course there is a fee for this service, but it’s guaranteed, and for it was priceless lol

The guy Mike was a great ,but the company itself is a no go..they do have a couple good workers

I have been receiving daily calls from this “outfit” for countless years. Despite my request to be taken off call list due to not ever having student loans, the frequency and daily calls have exponentially multiplied. I have been unable to keep up with the rate of their mutable ability to infiltrate my BLOCK CALLER FILTER with new numbers and Privacy Settings. This type of harassment from scammers needs to be recognized and stopped.

VERY skeptical as they have an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau! Said all the right things to put me at ease... Long story short... After reading reviews @ BBB, cancelled my contract, stopped payment with the bank.

You guys (“TRUST Arrow”) are a complete rip off! Something told me to call FAFSA for myself, and in fact no payment was made from you guys to my account. Now Out of the HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS I’VE PAID “TRUST ARROW”, The last payment that was made towards my student loan account was in fact my income tax check in feb 2021. I’m still in default on student loans 10mths later, so my question is; if the name says “Trust Arrow” then who am I trusting? Apparently you guys aren’t TRUSTworthy nobody can give me answers, so therefore I was forced to leave a bad review, but after reviewing the reviews, I see I’ve should’ve done my homework FIRST 🤦🏽‍♂️ Back to square 1 I go!

I was able to get a refund from this company. Here's everything I did I hope it helps someone... I changed my FSA password immediately, the next morning I received a letter from Elite77 asking me to fill out an ROI to submit to the DOE. I replied to the email that I refuse the ROI and to please cancel my payments. I called my bank customer service and got the number to Trust Arrow. I called Trust Arrow and told them I wanted to cancel and get a refund. He said he would submit for a refund and I'd get it in a few days. After that I googled "Trust Arrow Refund" and a form popped up on a website to request a refund. I selected refund- "other reason" I put that they do not have the information required to provide me service, so no service can be performed and I do not give my ROI, and "account review". The next day I got an email saying Auto-Receipt transaction refund. It all took about 3 days. I'm just waiting for the refund to show up in my bank account, which takes a few days. I'm not sure what worked and what didn't but that's everything I tried! I don't think stopping payments with your bank will work because it might still mess up your credit, you have to cancel the service with Trust Arrow. Good luck!

Very manipulate took money from my account twice saying Navient wS no longer in existence very untrue it is not fair that you fast talked me at 76 years old and took my money falsely you took advantage of me I need my money

Scammers. Dont trust them. Contact ed.gov directly to dept of education.

Saved me a ton by helping me consolidate my loan paperwork properly. My payments dropped to zero a month 👏
