TruMark Financial Credit Union - Fort Washington Commerce Dr, Fort Washington

I have been banking with TruMark for almost 10 years but my grandfather joined when it was first founded by Bell Telephone members when he worked for them and it has taken me this long to finally write a review and for that I am sorry. TruMark and their employees are amazing and kind. Every time I have had an issue whether it is withdrawals, stolen cards, loans, and even general questions they have gone above and beyond to provide great service. I finally wrote this review because recently I was scammed by a clothing company and never received product and finally reached out to TruMark for help. Although I do not know which location she is at I hope she sees this, Suzy (hopefully it’s spelled right) worked with me over the phone twice and once while I was away on vacation to help me through the process of filing a dispute and making sure I did what I needed to on my end to ensure they had all the info they needed. Thanks to TruMark and Suzy they fought for me and I did receive all my money back when I’ve spoken to others who did not. That is why I will always trust in and continue banking with TruMark! Thank you Suzy! I will be following up with a phone call at lunch time to thank her personally!

I work 1 minute away so I say with excitement awesome they're open today, never visited this branch. I always visit Warrington or Jenkintown which I love. Walk in the rep says I can help U. But then came the Saturday morning attitude? She hacks up a lung while I approach her and doesnt say excuse me, the other 2 tellers R busy, no welcoming good morning or hello from my teller, when I return the slip for withdraw she questions the amount with a roll of the eyes with a doubt in her voice, then says not asks last 4 so I say strongly ( because I already pick up on the attitude ) of what? She then notices my strong response, looks as of oh oh, doesn't apologize and says social so I respond. Says not asks envelope I say yes please. Gives me envelope with my cash and I say thank you and she doesn't say another word. The VERY NICE & POLITE neighboring teller leans over & says thanks & have a great day. SERIOUSLY? What a 1st impression at the corporate headquarters. I never think I'm above anyone nor do I talk down to people in fact I awlays display kindness & respect & always well mannered. But this chick needs a lesson in customer service. Maybe 2-4 weeks with at least 2 quizzes along the way and hold her responsible EVERY TIME FOR HER ACTIONS. The other tellers shouldn't have to work with such poor employees. That was extremely poor service. Word of mouth is the absolute best form of publicity. I'll give them another chance but if they fail they're done and American Heritage credit union it is.

Horrible customer service and they play with your account. Do not trust this credit union with your money. The employees are unprofessional and just rude. Been asking for contact person for ceo and I have been getting false information. I had to contact the BBB for the retaliation practices I have endured.

I use Trumark for my business and personal bank account. The staff does a terrific job especially Amanda who is always very pleasant and customer service oriented. Would recommend using Trumark to all my friends and family.

Very shady credit union, I do not recommend. They will sneak in hidden fees EVERYWHERE. The interest rates are terrible. Not your typical credit union, I suggest American heritage or police and fire. Much more upfront with how things work to help you AVOID fees.

Staff was great, worked with me to get a new debit card, and even gave me an opportunity for free $20
