I love Truliant! In the two years I have been a member, I have been more than pleased with the services offered and the way I've been treated. My only complaints are the fee for insufficient funds is extremely high, which puts one further in the hole and makes it even more difficult to recover, and there is not a branch or ATM close to my home. Otherwise, I am extremely satisfied being a member of Truliant Federal Credit Union.

I went three times. The line goes VERY slow, even with three people at the windows (and only one person in line ahead of me!). I did shared banking, so the first time was slow-- whatever. But the second time they had to register me AGAIN and it was only a day later. The third time was the last straw. She didn't have to register me, but was also slow. They claim to be the number 1 rated CU around, but I don't know how they got there, unless they voted for themselves. They seriously stunk. It's the slowest CU I've ever been to and I've been to many all over the country. GO TO ALLEGACY CREDIT UNION down the street. They are much better and faster!!!!

Came here to deposit payments for an auto loan. Cordial staff helped me understand the process when I had questions.

I stopped going here for about the last 3 years because of issues between my OLD bank that was connected to them but I have an UNCLE that says they've been alright with him so I'll see

Worse experience I’ve had with any credit union or bank.

Customer service is hit or miss. I called with an issue on a deposit, the gentleman was very defensive and stated that they had done their part and it was on me to fix it. The automated system and hold times are atrocious. I had to call twice to get the issues handled because the first gentleman I talked to hung up on me (southern accent with a deep voice, did not give me a name). Total hold time on both calls exceeded 25 minutes.

I was denied service over not wearing an ineffective mask, that doesn’t filter any air.

Should get 0 stars been waiting in line for almost an hour the service is very slow need to speed it up more unacceptable for a bank..

Great staff very easy to work with. Got my car loan from here
